Shocking place, filthy not fit for purpose built on the side of the cow shed, cancelled my stay and failed to refund because I would not share the accomodation with two strangers!!

First of all the pic is not the bunkhouse! It's the toilet block on site. Its actually a house built on the end of a warehouse/ garage. Opening the door, there was a sofa that looked like it had been taken from a 1960s skip. It was absolutely filthy, from top to bottom. A man walked in while we were sitting looking for somewhere else to stay. He told us his clothes were in the drier and he had been using the shower all week. It obviously hadn't been cleaned and I complained to the owner, Eric. He told me I was welcome to move on. I then rang Barbara the other owner who offered to put us in the family room at the farmhouse while it was cleaned but she had already assured me that it had been deep cleaned so I declined. It an absolute nightmare from start to finish and definitely NOT Covid secure. My partner got a bit upset as her grandad has lung cancer and she realised she couldn't hug him for 2 weeks incase we had been exposed. The owner told her she was overreacting. I was furious. I demanded all of my money back. DON'T GO!

Room was dirty bedding hadn't been changed bathroom still had the las persons things in. You can hear everything going on outside your room and in the moring i got locked in the building with no way out.

Picture of exterior is toilets for campground. Accomodation is in a warehouse (pictured below). Bathroom and kitchen are shared with other guests renting rooms. No windows except on front door. Sheets were stained. There was no one to check us in. We didn't know which building to go to. Ph number on website didn't work. Had to get ph number for owners from people staying in campsite. My daughter & I didn't feel comfortable so asked for refund. The owners were really nice and let us stay at their B&B which was really nice.
