Beautiful home and ideal location to travel around the area. Listing is as posted and you will be asked to pay by wire transfer prior to your stay. I was hesitant but read it is common practice in Germany and ended up having no issue. There is free laundry in common area. Kitchen has all the dishes and utensils you need - note there was no baking tray for the oven. You will need to supply your own aluminum foil, salt, pepper, oil, sugar. You get a nice breeze with all the windows open but there is no air conditioning or fans. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir waren als Familie 9 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind, nebst Hund. Alle haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt.
