    Wait until the building work has been completed!

    Right now the hotel is being extensively modernized - and the building noise started at 7.45 in the morning - seemingly in the room next to us. Our room was one that had supposedly been modernised recently but for example the sliding doors between the bedroom and bathroom were narrower than the gap - not to the 4-star spec that the hotel is boasting when renovation is complete. On a positive note had a very good meal in the restaurant.

    Great location, very clean!

    Great centrally located hotel right in the heart of Bern. The hotel staff was very courteous, and they informed us ahead of time that the hotel was being renovated and that we would have one of the newly upgraded rooms and they answered any question I had. We would like to stay there in the future and highly recommend it.

    Has excellent restaurant with excellent food. Great if you are a wine drinker. Hotel was currently under renovation and they are making improvements.

    Enjoy Bern at its best.

    Fantastic location, warm welcome and very clean. Renovation not completely finished and the drive to is a bit difficult because of the construction traffic. All in all, a great place to be to enjoy Bern.
