They asked me to whatsapp somebody but they never responded. However the stay was good. Big supermarkets either side and some restaurants walkable. Can walk to town centre. My tour to Altun Ha never arrived so Janny at the front desk called around and managed to book a tour last minute. Next day my Lamanai tour was late and she called to tour company for update. Janny was very helpful talking tour operators after the first one cancelled. Breakfast varies per day from various cooked dishes.
