The Reefs Resort is exquisite! Its location makes it special in that no matter where we were, we could hear the wonderful sound of the surf and see the beautiful blue hues of the ocean. The sunshine made the water sparkle and the sunsets were unforgettable. The customer service was over-the-top wonderful. We were treated with genuine kindness by every staff member! It was truly refreshing. We would be remiss without mentioning Ryan who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. We look forward to returning next year!

We loved the staff, the dining, and the resort as whole. We had a wonderful trip; after a day into our stay we knew this wouldn't be the only time we come to stay at the Reefs. We're looking forward to coming back soon.

We loved the location. Close to Horse Shoe Beach and railroad trail. The hotel beach was beautiful. Our room was clean, staff was friendly, food, was great, and the service excellent. The layout of the hotel has a lot of stairs and the reception area is small.

The reefs is so special. Watching the Longtails flying around the property was magical. Live music during dinner was a highlight. Room was very nice and well laid out. See you again soon.

The Reefs has an amazing location with georgous beach. The service is amazing and the room are soacious and well equipped: has safe, shower gel, condition/shampoo, mini-fridge, iron, bathrobes and sleepers … the bed was super comfy and the location of the hotel has alll buses to take u anywhere in the island. Only downsize I wish the star will be half cuz quite frankly this is an amazing hotel is the fact that their rooms are humid.,. Bed felt damp the entire time and there were guest also complaining about it yet it’s quite terrible given ppl can get sick from it.

The property is located on a beautiful stretch of private beach. They had good quality kayaks, stand-up-paddle boards, and snorkeling equipment free to use. As we went in the off-season (first weekend of March), some areas were being renovated/under construction as can be expected so we did not get to experience the Coconuts restaurant nor did we get to dine outside on the deck of their other restaurant, Aqua Terra. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hot tub was large and perfectly located overlooking the beach. We were able to walk to Horseshoe Bay although pedestrian paths are minimally and you're basically walking on the road in Bermuda. Would highly recommend The Reefs in slightly warmer weather (April and onward)!

The reefs is a very nice property. It was pretty quiet, but we went in the winter off season. The food is good, but it was really annoying to have very young children in a "fine" dining room. The internet connection was fine in the common areas, but weak in our room. Overall, the Reefs is a good place and we will return. The staff is superb. The beach is good. Easy access to bus transport around the island.

We have traveled to many places. The Reefs was outstanding. Love the size of the hotel : staff was amazing and always helpful. We purchased the meal plan and the food was outstanding and we had so many choices. The afternoon tee was wonderful with small sandwiches & desserts which was free . Great location . Family owned and highly recommend this place. We will be back .

The staff was SO POLITE and Hospitalable! The Oceanview was Incredible! Loved that the Resort was quiet and easy to get around. They dining was Wonderful, both Breakfast and Dinner! The property is beautiful. The staff is amazing. So very nice. The owner came around meeting everyone. It was wonderful. The food was delicious. The servers were so caring. From when we arrived. Greeted by the bell hop. Super nice. Checkin. Amazing staff. The room was beautiful. The beach was so nice. Not one complaint. Will definitely go back. Lovely unless you have disabilities
Lovely lovely warm staff that could not be more helpful or welcoming. Beautiful reef and water. Nice pool and hot tub. Good, quality food and plenty of it. It’s an older property (1947) and has its charms that grow on you. On the negatives, lots of steps if you stay in the reef rooms, too few golf carts to get you back and forth. Would be very hard for anyone with disabilities.
