It's all about the spa/sauna! I came to the sauna as a guest and then thought I'd try a room at the hotel. It was comfortable and quiet, the staff were nice, and the sauna is even better when you can go relax in your hotel room after. Location very convenient too! Easy to get everywhere, groceries, food, and a nice walk next to the Spree

Clean the staff were nice. Restaurant is expensive. Had to ask for coffee pods for the room every day, they used the tired excuse of supply chain issues. You can buy them at the store.

What a lovely hotel! The perfect luxury after 3 weeks in Germany, visiting the various Christmas Markets in a number of different cities. Large, well-appointed rooms. Gorgeous bathrooms! Wonderful pillows and warm down comforters!

This hotel was amazing, one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. The rooms and bathroom were perfect and you couldn’t ask for a better breakfast buffet, there was so much choice. The only thing we had a problem with was the heat in the room. We were so hot so realised it needed to be turned down as low as it would go.

Great choice
This excellent hotel is located right beside the Berlin HBF central train station. It’s modern, clean and comfortable. It’s easy walking distance to most of the historical sites in Berlin and being right beside the station means it’s very convenient to take day trips away by train and return. There is ample food for sale close by.

I choose this hotel for its proximity to the central train station. It was ideal for getting around a city unfamiliar to me. The hotel is very well maintained, and the most quiet I've ever stayed in. That may be because I think it caters to the up-market business traveler. The breakfast room had the largest offerings I've encountered in Europe. The only downside, as a tourist, is that the immediate neighborhood offers very little to see and do. That's not the hotel's problem, but something to consider if you like to be out and about in the evening. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent hotel but they do not have laundry service in house and I have to bring my laundry down to the front desk as they do not have personal to collect from the room and this is not acceptable for 5 star hotel.
