New for the 2025 season! Be one the first to enjoy this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located in the desirable community of Ocean Pines. The overall home creates a welcoming atmosphere and a true haven for relaxation and family time. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. The kitchen has tiled countertops, bright cabinets, and an eat- in area. The entry living room is ideal for reading on the cozy couch or just enjoying a quiet morning coffee. The spacious family room is the perfect place to gather after a long day of fun at the beach. Settle into the oversized wrap around couch and watch a movie on the flat screen TV or gather for family game night. The 3 bedrooms offer a perfect resting spot for everyone in the family. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private master bathroom with a shower/tub combo and vanity with lighted makeup mirror. The kids will love creating their own personal space in bedroom #2 which has a full bed one twin. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed for your additional family members. The home is nestled on a wooded lot that offers a patio, fenced in yard, and additional small side yard. The side yard has a cozy patio which is great for evening meals or summer barbeques. The fenced in yard is a great play area for small children. When you are not at home, you can explore the endless amenities that the community has to offer. The community has several pools, racquet sports, and a Robert Trent Jones golf course. There are also many parks, playgrounds and walking trails. Visit the Yacht Club for lunch or dinner and check out the summer live band line- up. There are small craft launches for your kayak or canoe and two marinas to watch the boats float in. Additional fees may apply for some community amenities including pools, golf, tennis, etc., please inquire. This home is not available for high school/college “Beach Week”. This house was absolutely beautiful! Spotless and decorated like it came out of a magazine. Close proximity to beach, restaurants, shopping, etc…Access to several pools within the community.Everything is in one floor and spacious.

Beautiful home. Perfect commute to & from everything. When arriving the floors looked clean however my daughter’s bare feet stated otherwise. They were black, BUT they were quickly on it! They had their cleaning crew come out & take care of it. Very impressed for the thoroughness & communication. Would stay again.
