We deeply regret the uncomely situation with the bedbugs in your room and we apologize in any way for the inconveniences that came along with it. Due to the fact that many different influences could have caused it we sadly have no idea how the bugs appeared. Please rest assured though that we were just as shocked as you and that we have immediately initiated several preparations. Your room and all rooms nearby were shut down instantaneous and a specialized company was commissioned. We also moved you into another room straight away and made a full refund for the already paid first night.
