Excellent hotel but could be improved.
Excellent hotel great view from room onto river. Good breakfast and easy to get into the centre of Berlin using the FEX train service. Only problem we had was on the last day we had a cleaner walk in on us at 9am in the morning trying to change the room around. He apologised and backed out but approximately 30 mins later another one tried. If we had not been up you would have walked in on people sleeping. So maybe wait slightly later in order to change room as we felt pressured to leave the room considering check up time was supposed to be 12 we felt they needed to change the room as cleaners kept on walking in and disturbing us. Resulting in a longer wait at the airport. But overall a very pleasant stay.

Buffet staff were extremely rude and unfriendly. Front desk staff at the weekend appeared to be poorly trained and not supported.

Good value, clean rooms and quiet location directly at river Spree. Location is beautiful for nice walks and really easy going.

My wife and I had a short but lovely one night stay. We very much enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Short walk to public transportation. In all would recommend a stay at this Ibis Styles hotel.

This hotel was good, excellent view if you are located toward the river, clean and there are plenty of parking spaces available for free. One thing wasn’t good about it is the minibar was super expensive, one small bottle of water was for €4.5 which is x10 from the price outside.

Descent, not outstanding, good for business.
Very nice staff, descent overall hotel and room appearance. Fitness room is very small as in it only consists of a treadmill and an exercise bike. Kettle in room on request. Drapes don't darken the room all the way. Did not have time for breakfast but it did look good enough. You can rent a bike for 12 euros a day and ride along the spree to treptower park. Really nice if weather is nice. Wifi was good.

Perfect for early SXF flights for reasonable price
The hotel meets 3 star standard and rooms are reasonable sized with comfortable bed. It is clean too, the rooms are average age and may need some updating Sooner or later. Location is perfect for early morning flights from SFX as the S train service it is in walking distance. 15min on the train takes you to the airport.

The service was very good for the price
In general I found the stay very pleseant. The quality of the fascilities and service felt like a hotel of a significantly higher cost. I would certainly recommend it. Only minus was that there was limited space in the breakfast area at rush hour.

Convenient hotel, close to s-bahn
The hotel is conveniently close to the Schonweide S-bahn station, so travelling around Berlin is very easy. The area itself is not very good, but it did not cause us any trouble, and the room was quiet enough. Breakfast was good, and we enjoyed using the hotel sauna in complete privacy as there was no one else there :-) All in all, a very relaxing weekend, enjoying the sights of Berlin.

The hotel is comfortable but pretty basic as far as amenities...there is a refrigerator, but no safe and no hot water pot. The 'workout room' is not worth even going to check out. No complaints as far as the room goes, though. The drapes are very thin and let in lots of light after sunrise. There is some free parking at the hotel and grocery, train station, laundromat are all quite close. The location is on the river, but it is a rather residential-industrial area. Its a bit far from the center of town, but easily accessible by train. The staff were all very helpful and courteous. I can't think of anything to rave about, but I'd definitely stay there again as long as I got a good deal on the price.

Stayed here while attending a festival at Treptow Park. Nice hotel and lovely staff. Chose not to eat at restaurant so am unable to comment further on that facility. Location is out of the way (an hour's walk to Treptow station) but serviced well by public transport.

Just an average hotel
Quite a distance from the S bahn and it is not conveneint if you have luggages. There is a tram nearby but it depends on where you go. Hotel kind of run down but does have full amenites however they don't provide kettle for superior room. Nothing much around the hotel and it is quite far from the city center but nearer to Schonefeld airport.

The front staff (Lino and Jessica) were terrific, answering every question we had with a smile. They found answers that we sought. We were able to get an extra outlet adapter to charge our phone. The breakfast buffet was filled with great variety and delicious.

Nice hotel, good location
Well located for what we needed to do (family visit). Proximity to Schöneweide Station offers good connections to travel anywhere in Berlin. Good availability also of places where to eat, although mostly are of the fast food type. The hotel offers a short by very good menu 'a la carte' and selection of wines. We stayed during the UEFA 2016 football cup and the hotel offered an interesting menu for the ocassion. Friendly and always ready to help staff, with good to very good command of English (of great help for non-German speakers).
