The suite was quite large but rather dimly lit. The trains and trams ran nearby and were audible but not bothersome. The TV was small, there was no minibar and no room service, although we did manage get reception to bring us a cup of tea on two evenings. The towels were not fully replaced after the second night. The bar area was very cosy with a log effect fire and the dining area was equally pleasant. However, there was no toaster at the breakfast buffet and only one loaf apart from the bread rolls; the scrambled eggs had cheese and vegetables mixed in; and although breakfast was 7-11, the buffet sausages and bacon were not topped up when we went down after 9.00 the third day.
