Nice Surprise!
Really worth the money! Cozy little hotel in Wilmersdorf with personal atmosphere, conveniently located close to 2 subway stations and 1 train station. All kinds of fancy restaurants are within walking distance. Great German breakfast included. Nice, inviting backyard. Hotel personnel are helpful & friendly. Parking is for free. Last but not least: Look at their price tags!

Horrible, if you are not german, don't go there
If I could give this hotel a zero, I would love to, but it does not allow me. My train was delayed so I made it to hotel late. It was closed and I had to stay in the rain until owner finally opened it and threw my key to me. He was very rude to me from that time on. The room was cold, stains from? Urine on the bedding, dirty toilet. You cannot even have a tea or coffee in the room. I asked to turn on the heat for extra charge, and tried to explain that I am an opera singer and need it warm, but I was told it was not his problem!!! The rudest and least helpful staff I have ever seen! However he was very polite with fellow germans!!!! I had booked the hotel for 4 nights, but checked out after the 2nd night as I could not stand it any longer. I had to pay 90% penalty per each remaining night and find a new hotel, but it was so worth it!!! So after more than 100 euros and a lot of nerves lost I would say- STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL, unless you like chauvinistic and and misogynistic attitude toward yourself!! Go to Alte Gallerie instead.

可愛らしいホテル
外観、内装は可愛らしかったです。 日本で言う3階建てで、エレベーターが無く3階にあたってしまったのが少し残念でした。 また、ホテルズからの予約をチェックしてなかったみたいで、はじめは予約がないと言われましたが、確認後部屋も空いていたため泊まることができました。 私の部屋にはバスタブはありませんでした。 朝食のバイキングも美味しかったです。

Charmantes kleines Hotel in Messenähe
Einchecken verlief ohne Problem, auch wenn man einige Zeit nach dem Hotelchefin klingeln musste. Aber man konnte bereits um 13 Uhr einchecken! Dann sehr netter Empfang mit Einweisung und Tipps zur öffentlichen Verkehrsanbindung. W-Lan wäre auch möglich! Mein Einzelzimmer im Obergeschoss war o.k., Treppe knarzt zwar etwas, aber das Haus mit seiner liebevoll dekorierten Lobby hat Charme, besonders jetzt in der Adventszeit - die Hotelbetreiber sind dekotechnisch sehr engagiert! Das Zimmer bot alles, was man so braucht, man musste nur aufpassen, dass man sich nicht an der leicht erhöhten Stufe zum Bett stößt und es gab keine Info-Mappe zum Hotel mit allen relevanten Infos, z.B. zu Notausgängen etc. Das Zi nach hinten raus war total ruhig, das Frühstück im Frühstücksraum bot sämtlichen Komfort (eigene Kaffeemaschine mit verschied. Variationen...). Die Umgebung am Hohenzollerndamm ist nicht so attraktiv. Meine Suche nach einem netten kleinen Restaurant scheiterte, gibt eh nicht viele Läden in der Nähe. Aber man ist in knapp 10 Minuten an S/U-Bahnen. Für einen Kurztrip und durch den günstigen Preis empfehlenswert!

Top Adresse - Nahe Ku´damm
Durch meine späte Anreise musste ich zwar den Schlüsselkasten/Tresor benutzen, damit ich meinen Zimmerschlüssel bekam, aber das hat super funktioniert! Vorherige telefonische Absprache mit dem Hotel klappte reibungslos, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sehr schön, sauber und modern. Mir fehlte nur ein kleiner Kühlschrank. Minibar gibt es nicht, dafür einen Snack und Getränkeautomat im Foyer. Hoteleinrichtung sehr nostalgisch, aber gemütlich und für eine alte Villa passend. Fenster zur befahrenen Strasse - jedoch gut isoliert -leider war es sehr warm und bei offenen Fenster konnte man nicht schlafen bei dem Verkehrslärm. Hotel liegt etwa 20 min. Fußweg zum Ku´damm und für mich optimal zu meinem Geschäftstermin. Frühstück war sehr gut und hatte wirklich alles zu bieten. Für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gibt es da wirklich nix zu meckern. Check-out sehr sehr freundlich und fröhlich. Ich werde wieder buchen, wenn ich beruflich nach Berlin muss.

Séjour calme et agréable.
Joli hôtel, ambiance familiale, ancienne maison bourgeoise reconvertie en hôtel. Très cocoon. Petit déjeuner bien présenté et très diversifié. A 400 m des bouches de métro (u-Bahn), proche du kurfürstendamm et du château de Charlottenburg. Hôtel très calme. Excellente literie. De vous laissé pas impressionné par le monsieur imposant de l'accueil, il est très serviable. Bon Séjour.

Trevligt och gemytligt
Trevligt hotell med personlig stil. Härlig frukostbuffé med allt man kan önska sig. Rummet var lite trångt o sängen lite för mjuk för våra ryggar, i övrigt helt ok. Vi saknade dock is-maskin på hotellet. Perfekt med parkering i carport inne på gården. Nära till 2 olika U-bahn tåg, så det var lätt o smidigt att komma till centrum.

Zimmer O.K., aber das Bad war Grenzwertig.
Wir waren für 4 Nächte in Berlin in der Villa Konstanz und wussten auch, das wir uns nicht viel im Zimmer aufhalten. Der Preis für Übernachtung, kostenloses Parken und WLAN war eigentlich O.K., aber das Bad war sehr klein und abgewohnt. Die Dusche war sehr klein und mit PVC provisorisch ausgelegt. In die Dusche konnten ich nur in eine Richtung rein, und wieder raus. Der Vorteil war, das ich nicht größer als 1,70 m bin (nur deshalb konnte ich ganz bequem meine Haare waschen). Leider waren wir im Zimmer 19 und nicht in eines der im Internet abgebildeten Badezimmer.

總共訂房兩晚，第一晚因有事情延誤無法入住，便馬上打電話給飯店要告知無法入住，打了一整天櫃台一直無人接聽電話，第二晚到了卻被告知無房間可入住，而且櫃檯人員態度超差一直要將我們趕出飯店(那時已經晚上9點快10點 而且很冷!!!! 櫃台人員後來又告知若要住房可以，但需另外付費用，訂房時已用信用卡付款等於付了二次住宿費!! 服務態度有夠爛 地點也很偏遠離地鐵站要走30分鍾以上

Det hyggeligste hotel jeg har været på
Rigtig hyggeligt hotel, der mere minder om et hjem end et hotel. Flot pyntet op til jul og nytår da vi var der. Hotellet ligger lidt uden for centrum, men tæt på U-Bahn, så det er bestemt ikke noget problem at komme ind til byens seværdigheder.

Eine gute Alternative zu den Hotelketten
Wir waren eine Nacht in dem Hotel. Die Lage ist topp und Anfahrt von der Autobahn auch ganz einfach. Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet und Frühstück prima. Parkplatz ist kostenfrei am Hotel. Kann das Hotel empfehlen !

Wir waren vom 19.6. - 24.6.11 im Hotel Konstanz in Berlin untergebracht. Das Hotel sauber der junge Mann an der Rezeption seht nett. Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral. Negativ waren alleine die Betten und die sehr harten Matratzen. Zudem war das Badezimmer extrem klein und die Abflüsse von Waschbecken und Dusche rochen extrem. Wer ein günstigen Hotel ohne viele Ansprüche möchte ist hier gut aufgehoben
