Aber man konnte bereits um 13 Uhr einchecken! Dann sehr netter Empfang mit Einweisung und Tipps zur öffentlichen Verkehrsanbindung. W-Lan wäre auch möglich! Mein Einzelzimmer im Obergeschoss war o.k., Treppe knarzt zwar etwas, aber das Haus mit seiner liebevoll dekorierten Lobby hat Charme, besonders jetzt in der Adventszeit - die Hotelbetreiber sind dekotechnisch sehr engagiert! Das Zimmer bot alles, was man so braucht, man musste nur aufpassen, dass man sich nicht an der leicht erhöhten Stufe zum Bett stößt und es gab keine Info-Mappe zum Hotel mit allen relevanten Infos, z.B. zu Notausgängen etc. Das Zi nach hinten raus war total ruhig, das Frühstück im Frühstücksraum bot sämtlichen Komfort (eigene Kaffeemaschine mit verschied. Variationen...). Die Umgebung am Hohenzollerndamm ist nicht so attraktiv. Meine Suche nach einem netten kleinen Restaurant scheiterte, gibt eh nicht viele Läden in der Nähe. Aber man ist in knapp 10 Minuten an S/U-Bahnen. Vorherige telefonische Absprache mit dem Hotel klappte reibungslos, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sehr schön, sauber und modern. Mir fehlte nur ein kleiner Kühlschrank. Minibar gibt es nicht, dafür einen Snack und Getränkeautomat im Foyer. Hoteleinrichtung sehr nostalgisch, aber gemütlich und für eine alte Villa passend. Fenster zur befahrenen Strasse - jedoch gut isoliert -leider war es sehr warm und bei offenen Fenster konnte man nicht schlafen bei dem Verkehrslärm. Hotel liegt etwa 20 min. Fußweg zum Ku´damm und für mich optimal zu meinem Geschäftstermin. Frühstück war sehr gut und hatte wirklich alles zu bieten. Für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gibt es da wirklich nix zu meckern. Check-out sehr sehr freundlich und fröhlich. My train was delayed so I made it to hotel late. It was closed and I had to stay in the rain until owner finally opened it and threw my key to me. He was very rude to me from that time on. The room was cold, stains from? Urine on the bedding, dirty toilet. You cannot even have a tea or coffee in the room. I asked to turn on the heat for extra charge, and tried to explain that I am an opera singer and need it warm, but I was told it was not his problem!!! The rudest and least helpful staff I have ever seen! However he was very polite with fellow germans!!!! I had booked the hotel for 4 nights, but checked out after the 2nd night as I could not stand it any longer. I had to pay 90% penalty per each remaining night and find a new hotel, but it was so worth it!!! So after more than 100 euros and a lot of nerves lost I would say- STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL, unless you like chauvinistic and and misogynistic attitude toward yourself!! A 400 m des bouches de métro (u-Bahn), proche du kurfürstendamm et du château de Charlottenburg. Hôtel très calme. Excellente literie. Perfekt med parkering i carport inne på gården. Wir waren für 4 Nächte in Berlin in der Villa Konstanz und wussten auch, das wir uns nicht viel im Zimmer aufhalten. Der Preis für Übernachtung, kostenloses Parken und WLAN war eigentlich O.K., aber das Bad war sehr klein und abgewohnt. Die Dusche war sehr klein und mit PVC provisorisch ausgelegt. In die Dusche konnten ich nur in eine Richtung rein, und wieder raus. Der Vorteil war, das ich nicht größer als 1,70 m bin (nur deshalb konnte ich ganz bequem meine Haare waschen). Das Hotel sauber der junge Mann an der Rezeption seht nett. Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral. Negativ waren alleine die Betten und die sehr harten Matratzen. Zudem war das Badezimmer extrem klein und die Abflüsse von Waschbecken und Dusche rochen extrem.
