Location is great, close to a lot of restaurants and bars, and therefore not particularly quiet but manageable. The rooms are great and the staff is nice. Public transport is really easily accessible.

Avoid this hotel! I had booked a superior room, but was given an inferior business room without being told. When I asked to confirm this was the room type I had booked, the receptionist lied to my face and claimed it was. It felt as if it is standard practise in this hotel to give rooms on a first come, first serve basis, regardless of what has been booked. I have yet to see a refund for the difference in cost.

Near U Bahn
Nice hotel, comfortable bed and room. Very clean. Let down by very poor internet, almost unusable. Sadly the area is not nice and doesn’t feel safe after dark. Drug dealers openly in steps to U Bahn. Hotel entrance could benefit from more staff presence as opposed to being on 1st floor. Breakfast very good value and quality. Would stay again though

There is no air conditioning meaning the rooms are unbearably hot in the summer. Because of no air con this is not a 4 Star hotel as it claims to be. Avoid if you can.

Overall good hotel, the major minus is that it has no air-conditioning. We had a fan in the room but it was still quite hot in the evening. The area has a lot of hipster restaurants on some of the streets, and more immigrants and less "nice" places on its other side.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The facilities were clean and modern as well. Hotel is also well located and within easy reach of an U Bahn station. The only thing is I asked for a Double room but got a twin room.

Excellent access to the U-Bahn in lively, diverse Kreuzberg. Excellent breakfast spread. Can be little noisy at night with S-Bahn tracks. Overall a perfect choice, I will stay here again.

Clean hotel, friendly staff but not the best area
Renovated, clean hotel with friendly staff and a nice breakfast but it was not possible to receive an extra hand towel (or washcloth) and the area, though it is safe, was not very inviting. The hotel is very close to the U-Bahn (Subway) and all areas of the city can be reached easily and quickly. The room is a decent size, same as the bathroom, which has a heated floor. The Wi-Fi was free and worked well. There are many local 'restaurants' (hole-in-the-wall places that offer great Mediterranean food with a Turkish flair) Hint: have at least one Döner while you are there!

Great spacious hotel for a family
The hotel location was good for our needs. Inside it was modern and the rooms were clean and spacious with the benefit of a kitchenette. Check-in was easy and the staff were very friendly. The only downsides are that it was quite noisy at night even though we were on the 4th floor and the rooms got very hot but it was too noisy to leave the window open. We were a family of four and there was plenty of space for us.

Expedia advert indicated parking - there was no parking. It was my main criteria for selecting the hotel in Berlin, as I drove from Luxembourg. The cleanliness was not great - I had to discard dirty dishes for two consecutive breakasts, the dishes were in the pile of available dishes for use of the hosts, Staff was clearly untrained and rude: challenged that my breakfast was not included in the payment, not so politely, until I told that I had paid for it, and that's when she checked in the computer and confirmed - no apologies. Same with the reception, the guy stated - no parking - you are wrong. Location no great neither. Never again!

The room is spacious, clean and the staff friendly. The hotel is a minute from the train station and all the restaurants, bars and cafes Kreuzberg has to offer. The only drawback for light sleepers is the noise at night and early mornings. There was no air-conditioning but the fan provided was sufficient. Would definitely return.

Facilities are extremely nice and well maintained. Staff was very helpful. Please note building is on a busy street so you may hear noise from outside during the late hours. Also, rooms do not have air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable in the summer months

Disappointing hotel stay
Free parking is on first come first serve basis for the vicinity instead of dedicated parking lot from the hotel. Bar fridge malfunction but hotel did nothing after they checked. We have to throw away the cheese we bought. No spare fan despite extreme hot weather. Noisy tyre sound due to cobblestone road beside hotel room.

Nice hotel in a terrible area.....be warned
This is a nice hotel, with some nice touches, but in a very rough and unsafe area. Don’t let the nice photos of the hotel fool you, this is not a family-friendly area, or a place that leaves you feeling safe. Although it is 100 metres to the train station, someone tried to sell me drugs every single time I went there. In the end, I walked an extra 500 metres to the next stop just to avoid that.

Will visit again an explore more of Berlin.
We had a blast in Berlin. The hotel is right across the street from public transportation and there is plenty of free parking nearby (street parking). The area has lots of places to eat and lots of things to do but also you can catch the train and see the rest of Berlin via public transportation. The room was great, clean,cozy and comfortable. Lastly, the breakfast here was amazing. Wide variety of foods to choose from and the hours for it are very convenient! Overall we loved our stay here!

Good location. Comfy bed. Warm bathroom floor.
The location of the hotel is good. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close by train station and a lot of restaurant just by walking distance. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The floor of bathroom is warm made me feel nice when using them in a cold weather. Only thing is room service don't usually check on soap when it's gone. We have to ask for it even after the room cleaned. around neighbor hood will be quiet noisy when football game is playing. Wifi speed is pretty poor. Overall our total stay was great.
