I stayed there for 21 nights and it was simply disappointing. They claim to be a so-called “Superior-First Class” property, showing the official 4 1/2 star placard at the door. They don’t have either valet parking or bellman service to start with. The worst part is the beds. You basically have to sleep on nearly floor level, for elderly people or people with disabilities it’s almost impossible to get up without assistance. My mattress was of cheap quality, pillows were worn out and flat. Another thumb down: room cleaning. Glass tables weren’t wiped for weeks, trash bins remained uncollected for up to 5 days, bed linens have not been changed for days, a used coffee pot left untouched on the nightstand for over a week. Thumbs up for decent breakfast but thumbs down for mostly overcrowded breakfast restaurant. (Self)-Parking fee is $22 per day but they give you a 50% discount when you stay over a longer period. Overall, I would rather not return again, there were simply too many issues.
