I especially liked the two futons in the living room. The pools, rec centers, pure, and the people, are all wonderful. I could have easily overlooked the cleanliness issues if I had gotten any sort of support for the issues we experienced. The screen door was broken so we couldn’t use the sliding glass door to go in and out. The table outside wasn’t stable enough to eat a meal outside. The steps outside need to be repaired. Quiet gated location; could hear the frogs and crickets at night. Inside partially updated - new LVP flooring and new oven/stove. Beds were rock hard with thin pillows. Sheets & towels were clean. Ants in the bathroom, kitchen and family room. Thermostat had a program to keep temps at 85 during day and 75 at night. It was possible to lower temps to 70, but when we were out for the day...we returned to a very hot place! Only 1 TV in the family room, but no cable provided. Washer and dryer worked but were loud. Worse part was the security camera in the outside shed focused on the side door, which was the door with the coded lock on it! So, we were being watched the entire time we were there!! Did not feel comfortable with that and made me question if there were cameras inside too! ##### Michelle M.
