The property was clean and quiet, and the bed comfertable. One of our rooms was rather stuffy but otherwise no complaints.

I liked: Location close to meeting site. Close to transportation choices. Good value for the money. I had a very quiet room. Things that should be improved or changed: Old tube-type TV. No Kleenex. Cost of breakfast is too high at Euro 13.

OK, but too expensive for the service provided. Nagging little issues. Full-window front, but facing busy street, and noisy from traffic at night. Breakfast quite good, but staff needs better training.

Double booked - no rooms available on arrival
Arrived late on the evening for check-in and the hotel was double booked, no room was available - they eventually found me another room in another hotel quite some distance away at 3:30am - unacceptable

No free parking or air con
A grumpy receptionist informed me that contrary to the Hotels.com listing there isn’t a free car park. There’s one nearby for €20/day or street parking if you can find it. Once I had parked and walked back to the hotel I was irritated to need two different lifts to get to my room. The room was south facing with large windows and no air con. The weather on the day was sunny 40C. I didn’t get to sleep until 2am. I skipped breakfast and had a generally miserable time.

In the surrounding side streets, you will find free parking bags that you can use during your next stay. Receptionist on duty July 30, 2018 was very rude. She treated me as if a criminal. Little did she knows that i was born and raised with Lawyers so i think i should have knowledge of Basic Law. If she doesn’t know how to cancel my booking through Expedia she should ask someone else before contacting and calling me in my room early in the morning. She wanted me to come down right away(german=sofort) i was just preparing myself in the bathroom. I felt so awkward like i have been harassed. I paid all my bills for 2 Nights stay using Euro Card. I was a fraud victim, i’m very careful in terms of Internet Payment now using German Prepaid Credit Card. Anyhow this receptionist is not capable of handling valuable guests. She probably needs to learn more about hospitality and computer programming. This hotel is not recommendable for as long as they have Staff like her. Feel sorry for her. So helpless and lack of knowledge.

Stayed one night while travelling from Poland to USA. Considering the price paid, everything at least meet or exceeded my expectations. Room very clean and nice, good facility overall, very friendly staff, proximity to SXF airport with good train connection. 13 euro for breakfast seemed a little pricey at first, but it turned out to be a really good and classy breakfast with lots of selection to choose from.

No frills hotel, far from main airport
The hotel was very far from the center, it took us over 1 hour to get to any interesting sights. The beds and pillows were not comfortable. The room was cleaned every day but they still forgot to put toilet paper in the room. One staff member had an attitude with us. The breakfast was very much the same every day for nine days, very basic buffet. The TV set was super small and there was no minibar in the room. No shampoo nor conditioner only some body soap. The hot water turned completely cold if someone used the sink or toilet. The window could not be closed properly so we were cold in the night.

Thank you for your feedback! You can use the S9 to get quick to the center ( 30 minutes ). The airport next to the hotel is SXF. You have hair and body shampoo in the shower, when you need some other things ... like conditioner oder bodylotion please ask the reception. Please inform the reception in case of some technical problems. The most of them can we clear in a short time, when its not possible maybe we can give you another room.

Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. My single bed room was huge, comfortable and quiet. The location was very convenient with bus stop and tram station nearby. Highly recommend it!

Very Happy
I was very happy with my stay, lovely room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom with large shower. However, what really made my stay was I was able to check in early. So I was able to get a short kip before heading in town.

Airporthotel Berlin Adlershof
The hotel is in the perfect locale if you have any business in Adlershof. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is extremely helpful. The only minor nuisance was the lack of blinds or curtains that would fully cover the large window in the room I stayed. The lack of free wifi should also be noted.

Perfect for Business Trip -Berlin Schoenfeld
Great hotel close to Schoenfeld Airport and train to central Berlin. Very helpful staff and good breakfast. Restaurants next to hotel so very convenient. Good value for money - will book again on next business trip to Berlin.

Nice hotel not close to Tegal airport or DB train.
Booked this hotel last minute for my brother and I final night in Berlin. Was a bit far from the city center but Metro was nearby. Would recommend only if you’re willing to go for a mission every time you leave or return from your hotel room.

Clean but basic
My room was clean and the bed was comfortable but everything was very basic. A bottle of water was left in the room but cost 4 Euros, breakfast was 13 Euros extra, there was no fridge, no coffee and worst no soap or shampoo. I may have gone back to reception to buy some but getting to my room involved going up two floors, coming out the lift walking through a door, up some stairs, through another door, along a corridor, calling another lift, going down a floor... apparently to avoid the conference facilities which blocked access to the end of the first floor.

Convenient for Berlin Schonefeld (and autobahn)
Just needed a convenient hotel close to Schoenefeld airport after a late evening arrival. This hotel in Aldershof fitted the bill. Nearby free on road parking. Quick check-in. Clean, modern. Good early 6.30am breakfast.
