Lots of multiple problems with their systems. They had another couple booked into our room who were given keys to our room. Problems with access to our room with keys etc. We thought we have prepaid for this room. They have asked for our credit card and belive we may have been charged twice. We are checking this out now and will bein touch.

Filthy is the only way to describe our room let alone the rest of the hotel, The curtains in our bedroom were literally covered in mould , general cleanliness poor. Was woken at 7.30am with by the cleaner who just let themselves in.

Comfortable, clean hotel, easy access from the motorway. Reception staff weren't the friendliest, but the housekeeping staff, servicing the rooms, were very friendly and polite. The pool was decent, as was the steamroom. The sauna was broken and the jacuzzi was turned off, so they could add water to the pool.

A well located Hotel in Ascot
We stayed at the hotel because we were visiting Lapland UK with our Granddaughter, we selected this hotel because of its location and facilities. The hotel choice ticked all my requirement boxes. I must name Vincent, the receptionist who went out of his way to make make my Granddaughter's visit to Lapland UK additionally special by personally handing her the Lapland invitation saying it was delivered by an Elf for her attention, whilst having food in the restaurant . She was left in Awe. I highly recommend this hotel, the staff are friendly, sociable and obliging.

Great hotel for Lapland Uk visit
This is our second stay at this hotel. I always find the staff really friendly and helpful. I find the breakfast offering has changed from last year and it’s now a lot better and warm. The pool was great too. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and equipped with everything you needed. I do always find in every hotel it can be so noisy but despite there being a Xmas party that night it was absolutely fine. The staff seemed absolutely great in handling the additional buzz and we had a pleasant stay.If we visit Lapland UK again next year we will return to the hotel again :)

Overall pretty good. Maybe needs modernising.
Hotel is a little dated but staff were friendly, it was clean and tidy. Sadly our room was so hot and took the entire evening to cool down even with the heating off and window open all night. This made for a little discomfort.

Not really Queen Size beds, nice enough place
This is a nice Hotel, the staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms are nice and the breakfast was good too. The kids loved the pool. Someone's kids were running round the corridors at midnight, but that's not the hotels fault. I'd say that with most Hilton's they seem to give them a spruce up every 10 years and you can see this one probably had it around 4-5 years ago and now some of the bits that need maintaining aren't, there was some dust in the bathroom, the TV had screen burn, our room smelled damp and the mattresses are getting a little uncomfortable. Finally - the Queen Beds are NOT Queen size, I would say they're hardly even doubles.

Needs a lot of work
Lovely clean room, great swimming pool, fab breakfast. Terrible organisation, and not good customer service. I arrived for a one night stay that I'd booked only a few hours before, I was so grateful they could check me in early. In my room was just a fan, the aircon not working on a day of 32 degree heat. They said they would send maintenance as no other room at that point was available. After waiting an hour and then after the normal check in time I came down to switch rooms. I was told that half the rooms didn't have working aircon. I pointed out to them that I'd only booked that day, why didn't they stop selling rooms or call people? I thankfully got a new room after 90 minutes of waiting. Later I had a very overpriced and terrible glass of wine with a friend outside. All the tables were covered in food, glasses and drink. In the two hours we sat there no one cleaned up, and a lot of the mess was still there the next day. Later I tried calling room service, after 10 minutes of no answer with room service and reception I went down there to be told that after 9 you had to go to the restaurant to order and then they will deliver (which is not what they put on the TV!). The receptionist was also very unpleasant to deal with. I spoke to so many guests who were disappointed. I have stayed at a lot of Hiltons and will continue to do so in the future but not here!. I would recommend some staff training, and for the staff to be a little more proactive and people friendly.

Lovely weekend stay.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful but the spa / health-club staff were not, the brunette haired lady was not helpful and was unapproachable when asked more than a few questions. This is the only reason i have given a low rating.

Was a one-night stay after a party at the hotel. L wish I could stay longer to see more of the place. Nice and clean. Breakfast rather pricey, although a lot to eat for big eaters.
