A challenging, humiliating visit
Checked in as usual but got a knock on the door later and asked how we got this room, implying we hadn’t checked in! Then, used breakfast vouchers we purchased at reception but, again, were approached by staff stating these were not paid for! So went to reception and they told me I didn’t have a valid credit card listed - even though when I checked in I handed them my card but was told it wasn’t necessary as they could use the card I used on Expedia as they had it on file. Hotel itself is tired and needs redoing.
