Old and rundown

Pros: Nothing
Cons: More attentive staff and updated facilities are badly needed.
This hotel is in desperate need of an update. The facilities are old and run down. The heat in my room was not working and there was a portable heater in the room when I arrived. I stayed in this hotel because a vendor I work with booked meetings there. The vendor was also very disappointed with the facilities. The comments from others were that this is not what they would expect from a hotel with the Hilton name on the sign.

Pros: Very clean and welcoming
Cons: Doesn't need to improve it was lovely as it was.
We were made welcome, and they up rated our room at no extra cost.

Nice rooms nice atmosphere

Stayed two nights, with two children 15 & 10. Breakfast included Breakfast buffet 10 out of 10 faultless. Children were not allowed in the pool on their own we had to be in the pool with them, we were sitting on the sun beds watching them swim and were then told we had to be in the pool with them even though they are good swimmers, bit too strict.

We came to Bracknell for a Rugby trial at nearby Bisham Abby. We had a twin room winch was excellent.

Not the standard I'd expect from a Hilton

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast good. I like that they asked if you wanted tea or coffee as you walked in and gave it to you immediately.
Cons: Hilton needs to up its game. This hotel was very ordinary.
No biscuits in room, hardly any tea or coffee sachets - had to ask for more.No headboard on bed. Cold room - they'd put an electric radiator in but it didn't help. Air conditioning only went up to 22 degrees. Bathroom OK but not in great condition.

Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, letting us into our room earlier and helping with all requests. Room was fine tho cold.

Single overnight stay for business

Pros: Location worked for me!
Cons: Some care and attention to the state of the bathrooms
Stayed for a single night for business. Common areas were good and bed was comfortable, but some attention needs to be paid on the state of the bathrooms (chippen bath enamel, sink plug not working)
