Disappointed with the room.

Pros: Breakfast is very good and restaurant/bar has a very convenient service.
I have booked two Twin Rooms (226 square feet) and we were accommodated in two compacted rooms. I made a claim to the reception desk but they said that all rooms are in the same size which is different from the Expedia Hotels Homepage.

Run-down, tired and dirty room. Swimming pool closed during my stay. Not impressed.

Easy check in, friendly and professional staff. Problem with hot water in room was resolved by Charlotte- trainee receptionist - who arranged for showers to be available in the leisure suite and supplied us with robes and slippers. Lovely breakfast, though very busy on Sunday morning. Swim and spa was great.

Nice breakfast choices. Comfy room and bed.. Good facilities. Some detail cleaning could be better. Most staff were pleasant, but could be better. Bottled water £3.95????? Why?

Good Hotel but Poor Management !

Great hotel for visiting legoland windsor, clean and comfortable room. However, the breakfast is extremely badly managed. Hilton should have good management but at Bracknell is is embarrassing how they can not manage a breakfast orderly. The duty Manager was running around like a chicken without his head and shouting at staff. Not the Hilton we would expect!

Spartan, poor showers and fire alarms don't mix.

Booked the Hilton over other hotels thinking I would really appreciate it after the Spartan race. Stayed two nights. House keeping hadn't been in. Bed wasn't made when we got back etc. The shower was beyond poor. The bit of water coming out was hot but not what you would expect from booking a Hilton. Uncomfortable bed but that is pretty subjective. Some people like rock hard beds. And to top it of a blast on the fire alarm pre 8am. Just enough for you to realise what was going on get up to find shoes and then it was off. Followed by another longer burst just before 10am Couldn't get out fast enough I'm afraid.

This hotel was very tired and not in a good state of repair.. the bathroom was filthy
