Room allocation was an issue. I arrived early not expecting to get into the room so asked what the room number would be so as I could charge to it in the meantime - was given the wrong number. When I got to the room it was set up as a double (we booked a twin) Spent half an hour phoning reception, waiting for housekeeping - who had gone home, collecting another room key myself from reception & then having to wait for the Manager who re-arranged the 2nd room which resulted in one bed not having a headboard. All this dressed in a robe - charged to the wrong room - with damp hair as I had a spa treatment booked. Not ideal or particularly relaxing.
Despite reducing the temperature on the air conditioning the room remained rather warm all night.
When we checked out we had been overcharged on the bar bill which was rectified but without apology.
We made it a nice break but without these, maybe seemingly small, points it would have been so much more enjoyable.
