"Stress free"
EasYeah and quick check in/out. Room was nice, poop facilities were enjoy bake and clean. Breakfast was great the staff were polite and helpful. Only three plug sockets in the room (across the room from the bed) and one didn't work very inconvenient for me (3 including the one the TV was plugged in to, we had to unplug the TV for our stay jusy to charge our phones) and they couldn't of been further away from the bed or sofa

"Perfect location"
The hotel is a perfect location for shops, pubs and nice walks. The staff were very lovely and even left a sweet birthday note for my partner. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Windsor and we would stay again. Thank you to all staff

"Nice hotel close to city centre"
Room and bathroom very clean, no close access to offload bags as car had to be parked in NCP car park behind hotel. Hotel has discount parking but it was still pricey.

"Seriously hard bed and pillows"
In general the hotel was very nice and most of the staff were wonderful, it was down a very long lane which was quite flooded when we drove down it in pouring rain, something to consider perhaps. Our main issue was that the bed wasn't comfortable, the pillows were very very hard and our sleep suffered for it.

"Value for money hotel."
Value for money hotel with buses to Reading centre every 5 minutes. Good self serve breakfast included. Quirky horse riding theme more obvious in bedrooms. Pity lift was out of action on our visit.
