"Good central location but..."
Location was great and facilities good but the room itself could/should have been better, especially for the price. Poor TV channel selection was missing many free-to-air channels which made little sense. Had to guess how to use the phone as it was missing a template that should have been on the phone. We were able to park on site but if you don't get there at the right time you have to park in a nearby NCP. Rates are subsidised but it's still away from the hotel so not the best.

"Great.across the road from the castle."
I was surprised to find that breakfast was not included. Every other stop on my 2 week vacation had included it. Very convenient and staff very obliging. I would go back.

"Great Hotel"
Very nice room on the third floor. Only downside was the small windows. Hair dryer and tea/coffee provided in the room. En-suite was nice size. Bed was very comfortable and clean. We have never stayed in an Ibis hotel before and found it very welcoming, hard working staff constantly on the go at breakfast time. The continental breakfast was included in the price and was ample. Complimentary tea/coffee was available in the main lounge area - which we have never experienced before, so this was a welcomed extra. Overall we have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and intend to return to this hotel when re-visiting family in the future.

    Accor Hotels in Berkshire

Accor is a chain, but it really doesn't feel like the usual 'corporate' chain experience. Accor hotels are modern clean and comfortable, but still retain their individuality and character. Rooms are available in a range of sizes including standard, double, twin and deluxe. Facilities include bars, restaurants and health and fitness suites while room service and Wi-Fi is also available.
