We were given a $20 food credit and were told by the front desk at time of check in we could use it in the Irish restaurant. When we tried redeeming it we were told no and then were met with hostility because “they didn’t have a code” Not quite sure how or why a guest would even be told this.

The Shinola is one of a kind and what a great stay. Brunch at the San Morella was very good. The bar is also recommended. Rooms were gracious and well appointed. I cannot wait to stay there again. Also, conveniently located near Mad cap coffee which is amazing

The hotel was clean , easy to access and surrounding activities . The pillows were not comfortable and the double beds were like single beds. Rooms were spacious our bathroom was huge.
