The house stayed cool, although it was very hot outside. Parking in a garage was available, which was so wonderful as the car was not turning sizzling hot. "We had a very pleasant stay at this property. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was excellent fresh, varied, and a great way to start the day. The location is a major highlight: it’s only about 15 minutes by car to Eibsee and Zugspitze, and just 5 minutes to the city center. You can also enjoy a comfortable 15-minute walk into town, and there’s a convenient bus stop right in front of the property. The room itself offered an amazing view, which really added to the overall experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. There are a couple of minor downsides. The pillows were not very comfortable, and the bed was made up of two single beds pushed together rather than a true queen or king. The shower is also on the smaller side, though it’s manageable and the water pressure is good. Overall, a great stay with a few small areas for improvement."

Breakfast was excellent, really extensive with options for everyone. The parking was fantastic. Others had said it was tight but it was absolutely fine and great use of the space.
