You'll enjoy the calming atmosphere of country charm at our bright and rustic 52m2 house, located near a lovely public park with a pond. Enjoy the serene and relaxing environment before heading into Bergerac to appreciate the history and architecture of this charming town, along with the trendy shops and delicious restaurants. At the end of a wonderful day, soak up the sun in your private furnished garden area! Our lovely space comfortably accommodates 5 guests, but can sleep up to 8! Drift to sleep in the 2 BEDROOM house. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms with a Double Bed in each room. The sleeping alcove upstairs features a Single pull-up bed. On the ground floor, the living area sleeps additional guests with a Trundle bed and a Single pull-out bed. Get ready for your day in the 1 BATHROOM. Bedroom and bathroom linens are included! Keep your clothes clean with the on-site laundry machines (prices available on-site). After a day of exploring the city, retreat to our comfortable LIVING AREA. Curl up on the couch and watch your favourite movie on the TV (which may only offer French channels). WiFi is available for an additional charge (prices available on-site). In the early evening, step out onto the private balcony or terrace and enjoy the fresh air. In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of electric hobs, a microwave/grill, and a dishwasher. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine. Rent a raclette grill, fondue equipment, or an electric BBQ for your unit and make a delicious meal for your group. Our guests enjoy access to a number of excellent services and amenities at the Residence Le Clos des Vignes, where this split-level house is conveniently located! These include access to the games area with table tennis, the on-site fitness area, and the shared pool. If you're travelling by car, there is free parking available on-site (subject to availability). The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard!
