Maison assez bien équipée mais non entretenue. Quel dommage ! Un ménage de "surface" réalisé mais le congélateur n'était pas vidé, des oreillers tâchés, des placards sales et une très forte odeur de tabac qui a imprégné tous nos vêtements et valises. Les volets se ferment mal et le détecteur incendie a été enlevé. Des traces suspectes sur la porte des toilettes pour couronner le tout. Contact correct avec l'hôte mais toujours par téléphone (boîte à clés). Contacté par Hôtel.com il refuse le remboursement malgré les évidences. Difficultés de faire entendre notre déception auprès d'hôtel.com quand on a réservé grâce aux nuits du programme de fidélité. Ils n'assument pas. Pour nous c'est la fin avec hôtel.com et cette maison. Dommage on a de la famille pas loin on aurait pu y revenir souvent.

Ruhige Lage, sehr gut ausgestattetes großzügiges Appartment, 1A Kontakt zum Vermieter
Die beiden Appartments liegen in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend. In die Innenstadt von Bergerac sind es mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten und auch alles andere in der Umgebung ist optimal zu erreichen. Das von uns bewohnte Appartment "T4" liegt im Obergeschoss und verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer für insgesamt 6 Personen (je ein französisches Doppelbett), ein großes Wohn- Esszimmer und eine sehr große Küche. Es gibt einen eigenen kostenlosen WLAN-Zugang mit optimaler Geschwindigkeit und einen 40 Zoll Fernseher. Die Küche verfügt über Mikrowelle, Induktionsherd (leider fehlte nur die Bedienungsanleitung, es klappte aber intuitiv ;-) und Spülmaschine. Insgesamt hätte es in der Küche nur etwas sauberer sein können. Das große Sofa war stark "verkrümelt" als wir ankamen - dank Staubsauger war das aber schnell erledigt. WC (sehr klein) und Bad sind getrennt. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und der Vermieter war für Fragen und Abstimmungen (Spätanreise, Endreinigung, WLAN-Passwort) sehr gut erreichbar. Abwicklung komplett problemlos. Daher würden wir jederzeit wieder hier buchen, wenn wir in die Gegend kommen. 1 Stern Abzug nur wegen der Sauberkeit in Küche und Wohnzimmer (zumal Endreinigung mit 30 EUR berechnet wird) und wegen einer einzigen Toilette für 6 Personen. Das hat uns aber nicht vor unlösbare Probleme gestellt. Last but not least: Bettzeug ist vorhanden (wie in Frankreich üblich 1 große Decke pro Bett), Bettwäsche kann gegen kleinen Aufpreis geliehen werden.
