Close to the waterfront and easy access to restaurants, cafes and shopping. One minute away from the information centre and pick up for day trip through the fjords. Extremely helpful front desk staff!! Lovely breakfast with an excellent variety of foods and good quality and quantity. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

The hotel is in the best position in Bergen! Very short walk to Bryggen and the Floibanen funicular. Right opposite the fish market and Tourist Info. Our room overlooked the harbour (brilliant view of central Bergen) and it was really good to watch all the comings and goings of various boats and people. Everything we needed was in the room including kettle and hair dryer. Shower was a bit weak, but that was the only negative. The breakfast was really good.

The staff here couldn’t have been more helpful. We asked for info about the local area/transport and staff were happy and proactive in helping us. The hotel was modern and clean and the breakfast offer was excellent. The room was quite small but modern and had everything you would need including iron and hairdryer. The hotel is in the Center of Bergen so ideally placed to access everything.

Loved our stay at the Scandic Target Bergen. Dazzling breakfast, kind and helpful staff, absolutely spotless room. The hotel was nestled in the center of beautiful Bergen.

Best Hotel in Bergen
This hotel was amazing! I was traveling with my two adult children and we had the perfect room - a “family” room. I called before we arrived to see if we could get a room on the wharf side and when we hot there they had made it happen! The breakfast was delicious and had so many options. We never left hungry! It is right by the fish pier so all of the things you may want to do are within walking distance or a bus stop. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else - this place is wonderful!!!

Perfect!!
It was just a quick one night overnight before catching an early flight, but memorable. Snacks at the desk when we arrived, efficient and knowledgable woman at desk, comfy bed, a bagged breakfast for our flight and someone to help with airport transportation and a great location! Perfect!

Great location and breakfast.
Very friendly staff in the lobby and a very wonderful breakfast spread. Our room had a lovely view over the water, but it was quite small, difficult to find places for 2 suitcases and we had to walk sideways along the foot of the bed. Shower water splashes on the floor and there's no mat, so have to use a towel on the floor. Shower water surprisingly went cold on me for about 5 minutes one morning.

Scandic Torget - Reasonable and Enjoyable
Scandic Torget is in the perfect location for a trip to Bergen. Just across the street from the harbor, fish market, and tourist information center. Our 4th floor room was on the front of the building, so we were able to see the Bryggen out the window - really charming. Very good breakfast in a quiet and comfortable breakfast room, and the staff members were extremely helpful and accommodating. We're likely to stay there again when we return in 2024.

love Bergen!!! love that this hotel is in the center to everywhere I wanted to explore. only thing is our room facing the courtyard that the hotel shares with other businesses and at 10pm , 11pm even 12 midnight, somebody dumps bottles and cans in the trash bins and makes a raucous that it seemed will never end.

Best location in the city! Across Bryggen! Next to every attraction in the city. Room was perfect, with a lot of shelves and storage...and breakfast buffet was amazing!!

A really good central location close to both the harbour, and airport train. The view could have been better, as was facing inward toward courtyard, but I understand not all rooms can have the same view. However, for the price it was very good, and I felt that it was good value for money. A very smooth stay, the room was quiet, clean and the included breakfast was very nice, (a great continental selection). I would happily stay at this hotel, if I find myself in Bergen again. I take one star off because the cheapest parking is 900 m away from the hotel and they forgot to clean up my room for one day . I stayed here for 5 nights .

Amazing breakfast and excellent location
We were very satisfied with this hotel. The location is ideal, and the breakfast is spectacular. The breakfast, may in fact, be the best I have ever had included with a hotel stay. The facilities are in good condition, and we felt comfortable. Even though we arrived early and had to wait for a room, the lobby has tables, chairs, tv, and a coffee/tea machine for guests’ use. We had a wonderful view and were very pleased with the accommodations. I highly recommend this hotel.

Well located. Very small rooms with no desk, no place to put suitcases. We were there for two nights and they failed to clear our room. when I mentioned it they didn’t seem to care much. They told me to tell the manager when I checked out.
