This hotel was so easy. Easily walkable to the airport. Close to the light rail. Clean. Staff was helpful. Restaurant onsite. ( this was slow - I stood for 5 minutes before getting seating. Then I sat for at least 15 minutes before anyone came to my table. They brought a pitcher of water but no glasses. I had to go up to the cashier to get my bill. But if you are aware of all this. It’s convenient to have a restaurant onsite) It was so easy to walk to the airport for an early flight.

Some carpet parts in the rooms are ripped and need to be repaired. There is no kettle in the room, one must go to the lobby to collect hot water.

Good hotel for pre departure stay
Within 2 min taxi ride ($25) to airport, even walk-able for some. No lunch service on Saturday. 4a cold breakfast service available on Sunday. Fine hotel for pre departure. Beds, not so comfortable, but ok for one night.

Very clean and quiet! Walk to hotel well marked. Part of walk to hotel from airport is through a parking lot. If raining, umbrella important!

Lobby was very nice and the bar-restaurant food was great. Room was clean but really needed an upgrade. Carpet was worn in several places. Overall convenience for early morning flight was great. Walk to airport was not fully covered like we were told and we got very wet getting there.

Great airport hotel
As an airport hotel highly recommended. Very good breakfast. And the restaurant was good considering being a hotel in an airport. A little misleading saying the hotel is at the terminal as it was a couple of hundred meters walk and part of it was not covered, since it's situated in one of the areas with most rainy days in Europe that can be a bit inconvenient.

The hotel is just a short, easy walk to the airport terminal, under covered walkways, yet we never heard any airplane noise while in the hotel. Very comfortable accommodations.

Excellent airport hotel that is just a 5 minute walk to the Bergen Norway airport terminal. People were very nice and the hotel is new and very clean. Breakfast was available starting at 4am so it was perfect for an early flight.

Liked: beautiful, comfortable, clean hotel that offers early cold breakfast for people with early flights. Disliked: on hot, cold or rainy days a hotel shuttle would be appreciated. It is a bit of a hike to the terminal.

I arrived before my checkin at 11. The woman stated that no rooms were available until 3. I can leave my suitcase with her and that was it. I feel that she was lacking customer service. Didnt give anymore info. I waited until 2:50 and then approached the counter and asked the new guy if my room was ready , which it was. No one came to check on me or offer me something to drink or maybe try and get me a room. Nothing

The bathroom in the suite was walled in by glass. Yes, glass. Most of it was frosted, so you could only see your room-mates shape, but the perimeter of every glass panel was clear, so there was truly NO privacy, not in the shower, nor on the toilet. Travelling with a cousin and my daughter, who is on the high-functioning autism spectrum, this was a real problem. My daughter and I spent most of the night wandering the halls and did not sleep at all, trying to find a place where she could find peace.
