We loved this property. Wonderful staff and reception. Wonderful restaurant in the hotel that is also popular with the public. Wonderful food, beautiful room great breakfast, superior staff. Close to airport. Cute small town.

Excellent Hotel & Customer Service
Myself and my granddaughter had a fantastic stay at the hotel. We had an issue with a broken toilet seat in the room, we were immediately offered a new room. Great customer service from every staff member we came into contact with. Food we excellent. The shuttle bus was a god send for airport transfers and getting access to local public transport for days out. My only negative is that there is no facilites in the rooms to make tea or coffee. There is a mini bar but quite expensive.

Clean but spartan and uncomfortable.
Supposedly a 4* hotel but the rooms were spartan and had more in keeping with a Travelodge than a Malmaison. We had to ask for more pillows as there were only 2 supplied for out queen bed, and the pillows delivered were pretty useless. There were only two towels in the bathroom, one of which was a hand towel. The shower wad a good size, though. We didn’t get to use the pool although there was clearly one there as the smell of the chlorine enveloped the reception area, especially around the lifts. The hotel wouldn’t let us use the a/c despite it being over 24°C in our room, which made sleeping difficult. They claimed it was because of regulations but that is just not good enough. The restaurant served overpriced bland food and did nothing to intervene and ask the parents of a bored toddler on the table next to us to turn off the volume of the iPad blaring cartoons at us.

We got very warm welcome and the service was excellent. The breakfast was delicious and well setup. The hotel in general was very clean but we were checked in room with a bin that had rubbish in it other than that everything else was clean. I would still recommend this hotel, it has great spa facilities, a lovely bar with great service. If you’re a tea or coffee love like, there is no teas in room but I was happy to experience culture differences…

Close to the bergamo airport so easy transport links. It’s very clean and the staff are professional. They helped me book a taxi and checked us in quite late about 11pm really seamlessly. Facility is slightly worn, only two pillows provided (with an extra in the wardrobe but my partner and I both needed one extra). no mug/ cup in the rooms to use the tap for water, no free bottle of water. Only the paid mini bar- and the water is 2 euros and change. We had no alternative at midnight so we had to go for that

This airport is not convenient to get to the airport. While you can get a shuttle, you pay €5 for it and it’s challenging to arrange. Also it wasn’t available for me to get an early morning flight. The hotel didn’t arrange a taxi, but gave me the phone number for one. While it came on time, it cost €30 for less than a 5 min journey. Also, the VIP awards I was given were disappointing. I was told I could have a late checkout (even though I had told them I would be leaving at 3.40am) and a discount voucher for the spa (I arrived at 7.30pm, so not sure when I was meant to use this). I would have appreciated a complementary bottle of water, or the shuttle complementary or a voucher for food. Room was lovely, very clean and a decent size. The restaurant was busy but service and choice of food is of a high standard.

A first class hotel
While larger than we expected, the Winter Garden met all of our needs. The food in the 3 food venues was excellent. The service was excellent. It’s good there was a nearby mall as we needed an Apple Store.

The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast (which I paid for at the hotel) was of excellent quality compared to other hotel breakfasts I've had. There was a wide variety of food and a lot of it was fresh or home-made. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is a very nice hotel, great proximity to the Orio airport and Orio mall (lots of stores and options for food) there is plenty of parking underneath the hotel and its access the a local freeway is perfect. The condition of the hotel is nice and rooms are well appointed, the breakfast buffet on the roof with interior and exterior seating has lots of options and the on-site restaurant for dinner is good as well. My only little complaint and it is specific only to a small subset of guests, is the bed, it is very firm, almost rock like and the pillows are thin, so it was not my favorite, but all of the other points out weigh this and I will stay here again when i am in town in 3 weeks.

Airport hotel with heaps of character
What a fantastic airport hotel. Full of old Italian character, not like the usual boring airport hotels. We enjoyed the pool in the garden setting with an aperol spritz! Dinner was delicious and the staff were lovely. Our room was comfortable and had a pleasant outlook over the hotel gardens. The airport shuttle was prompt and quick! Big thumbs up 👍

Great stay near Bergamo airport
Perfect location to stay close Bergamo airport. I would recommend if possible have late airport transfer service maybe just slight after midnight. 00:30 as last transfer would be great in case you land very late. Overall my parents had a great time the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely beautiful! Very modern, artistic decor, with great matching colors, elegant and classy. Super clean, spacious. Breakfast buffet delicious, many choices with a beatiful presentation. Parking right at the hotel, many places, convenient and larger than any Italian regular parking. We will definitely stsy here again when we visit Bergamo.

The hotel itself was fine but the service was terrible. As a VIP Gold hotels.com member, i was supposed to be eligible for a free upgrade (if available). I asked at check-in and there was availability for an upgrade, but only if i paid 100 Euros more. So much for a VIP perk. Ended up having to book another room.
