We would definitely stay at this hotel again. we stayed in a 4-person room and it was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well, linens were of high quality. Breakfast had a lot of selection including fresh fruit. The staff were all friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend. (Thompson Family, Canada).

Excellent hotel on a major - but not busy - road. Room, bed, bedding all of top standard. Across all ranks, the staff were friendly and very helpful. Relatively near access to train station and the historic centre, respectively, your possible entry to and biggest attraction of the city.

Safe were very polite and helpful; parking was right outside the front door; easy walk to the metro to get into the town centre; plenty of dining options in the town centre.

This is an ok Hotel for a business trip. The rooms are on the smaller side and the shower/enclosure is a bit awkward to step in and out.

The air conditioner was not working in the room, we had 3 different people come and take a look at the machine. No one offered us the option to change rooms, when we did ask they took us to a room that has not been cleaned correctly and the air conditioner was also not working in the second room. We checked out and left the hotel, very disappointing.

They were very friendly and helpful, so I liked the service. Overall the Hotel facilities are ok, but everything starts to be a bit old. The breakfast was ok, i.e. while much better than I've seen in some other places in Italy, not on par some of the best ones I've seen either.

There was a small city tax charge (2,00 Euros) per night that was charged at checkout. There are a few steps to the elevators that would make it difficult for someone using a wheelchair, or with heavy luggage to climb.

Wonderful hotel. Nostalgic decor made me think of the 50s and 60s. We stayed two nights. Loved it. The staff was very nice and went out of their way to help us find how to get to a certain place. The restaurant food was also great and the room big and comfortable. Would definitely stay again if I ever go back to Brescia

The hotel and ambiance,employees, ownership and management was excellent. The highlight of the employees is the Bartender and head waiter at nigjt for dinner who is knows all about the food served and the wines etc. and most accomodating and represents the hotel best. And also the woman who handles the breakfast and manages and controls it. She is excellent and also is a great front for the hotel. Great experience!!! John Gruber La Quinta, California U.S. A.

Multilingual staff, very good hotel restaurant. Excellent value. Location a bit far from tourist attractions, but the metro and bus system are wonderful, easy to access, very modern.

Great comfortable stay
Great hotel and well serviced. Also it was in a area that was about 20-25 minutes to walk into the town or you could catch a bus back. Very comfortable place to stay and close to other towns to visit and walking distance to a nice little cafe restaurant .

Very bad WiFi, good breakfast.
WiFi was non existing, that was a pretty big deal for us, and nothing the hotel could do anything about. It was useless and could at most times not even load a simple webpage. If you advertise WiFi its pretty essentiel that it works. We used a total of 6 devices amongst 4 people on 2 floors and all over it was inconsistent and rarely useable. We had to use cellular data for our trip. Hotel staff although friendly speaks poor english in the night shifts and makes it hard to communicate.The advertised fitness facility is useless as well, no AC and bad/lacking equipment. Breakfast was ok. :)

A Nice Stay
The staff was excellent and very helpful in all ways. The restaurant was nice, but has a limited offering. Wifi was poor. The room had an AC unit, but it did not work. Fortunately, the weather didn't require it, but it got quite warm in the room overnight. Sleeping with the window open was not ideal due to outside noise, which couldn't be heard with the window closed.

Good value for money
The hotel is a bit outdated, but the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Overall, this hotel offers really good value for money and it is only a short walk to the centre of the Brescia. Very recommendable.
