Clean, functional and simple but elegantly appointed rooms, friendly staff, excellent food. Price was quite reasonable and good value.

Pros: a very nice and helpful German owner. She gives you a map of the town and explains sites to visit. Very tasty, fresh, abundant breakfast. Ample room, clean, good bathroom, excellent water pressure. Great location. Don’t miss the park crossing the street, at least sit there for çai. Close to ruins. Safe neighborhood. Cons: circular architecture around a treeless, empty patio makes great acoustics, so there is no peace and quiet. You can hear a person unlocking their door or the whole conversation of a group having dinner across the patio. Nobody but the nice lady speaks anything but Turkish. They call her to do your check in, they call her so you can order dinner, they call her even if you have a simple question. Overall: nice lady owner works hard and makes her best to offer a nice experience. If you are there for one night and you will be out and about all day, it can work well.

Super friendly service from the owners- Turkish & German- & she speaks English as well.. Lovely breakfast, great wifi & quality home cooked dinner available (about $15aud pp) which we enjoyed both nights of our stay. 2 bedroom superior suite, nice bathroom with good water temp & pressure, but leaked under & floor was often wet with 4 of us showering. Window in bathroom opens onto someone else’s terrace which is a bit disconcerting when you are on the toilet & can suddenly hear people & smell cigarette smoke; Also the girls in the twin room could hear the same people from this sitting area (next door guest house) until 3am one night.
