The staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful from the moment of our arrival. They showed us how to walk to get good views of the Rosengarten peaks for the alpinglow at sunset. Breakfast was great, and the staff offered help finding items we might be looking for. Good music in the bar, nice atmosphere.
Beautiful views, well worth the twisty drive up from Bolsano, and great value compared to any other lodgings in Bolsano. A great find-I recommend it highly!

The food was amazing, the amenities were great and the rooms were super modern, clean and well maintained. We will definitely come back. We traveled with our 2 years old toddler and had a blast. The hotel was very accommodating to all of our needs and it was truly a great time for us.
