The layout, location, amenities and service provided are hard to compare. We will definitely look to stay here again. Steps away from the trailheads and easy bike rides all over Bentonville. We parked the car for our entire stay! Our visit began as a business trip for my husband as he was attending meetings at 21C and the Bentonville Bike Fest. We brought our 12, 10 & 3 year old boys to join in on the fun! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with full-time residents and STR’s. Everyone is very friendly! The waffle, coffee & tea bar was such an added bonus. We brought bikes for our visit but there were 2 Strider balance bikes provided in the garage for little ones, a bike stand and tool kit. Beautiful property. Waffle bar & coffe provided was a great and easy breakfast. Kids love the hot tub, even in summer as it was a cool off tub. They have thought of everything here. Very clean. Coffee and waffle bar we're a nice touch for the morning. Private yard with putting green and games kept the younger ones entertained. We couldn’t have been happier with the house. It’s clean almost like it’s brand new. The hose is more than adequately stocked for your stay and biking needs. The neighborhood is super close to downtown to easily enjoy the restaurants, shops and bars ibut also situated in a quite relaxing, neighborhood. Of coarse having the trail hub(s) right to the back of the house was amazing! We will be back! ##### Zachary G. Most VRBO don't have coffee, yet this place has two types of coffee available, several nice k-cup as well as pour over. Most places I wouldn't even use pre-opened consumables such as the coffee, but this place was spotless so no worry to feel at home. I saw no negative signs of a dog such as stains and/or hairs. Soap, cleaning supplies and all is plentiful to use. This is a clean place and enjoyable stay. Trails are feet away from the house, but they are not easily hike-able as they are mountain bike trails with very steep berms. Drive about 1/4 mile and you'll be in the middle of miles of walking/hiking trails. ##### Matt M. This property was hands down one of the best homes we've stayed in to date. Down to the waffle/coffee/tea station & fun family games to conveniences for our furry friend, John made sure our stay was comfortable & unique. It was chilly during our stay, so the fireplace was a big hit. If we had time, we would have liked to enjoy the firepit in the yard, next time for sure! Super convenient to downtown Bentonville & bike/hike trails. This home was clean & stylishly decorated, we are sure to stay here again. Pictures and description accurately depict this rental, stay here, you won't be disappointed. John has thought of every detail to make sure your stay is wonderful.
