Unfortunately we do not have a kitchen to cook food, but if you have ideas within those limitations for how we can improve our breakfast, we are always taking suggestions! If you're looking for more of a breakfast restaurant, we also have a list of restaurant recommendations at the front desk and our staff is knowledgeable about the options listed. If you have any problems with the fridge in the future please don't hesitate to reach out to the front desk. We have some easy troubleshooting things to offer (like checking the temperature knob inside), but also if the issue persists we can arrange for you to get it fixed or potentially even a replacement. Hi Darla, we do not have an indoor pool, nor do we claim to. We have an indoor hot tub and an outdoor pool, and there are photos of them clearly listed on our website. All of our reviews come from guests who have stayed here. We are terribly sorry that you did not like our hotel. We did have multiple members of staff go into the room you had checked into after you left and all of them reported that they could not smell anything. We refunded you after you arrived despite it being past our normal cancellation policy time, and we do hope that you were able to enjoy the rest of your trip.

If you have similar experiences in the future, please don't hesitate to call the front desk so we can take care of it! If the guests are smoking too close to your room we can ask them to step away. However, if they are smoking IN their room (and it's coming through the connecting door for example), we do implement a 250 smoking fee. We are glad to hear you had a good stay despite this, and hope to see you again!

It is mentioned on our personal website and on our facebook page, and it is not our intent to keep it a secret to guests. We are also sorry that we are unable to offer any hot foods at our continental breakfast, but unfortunately we don't have a kitchen so we have to make do. We do offer cups of orange and apple juice at breakfast, but we appreciate the feedback regardless! We hope to see you again!

Hi Yvette! We are very sorry for the unexpected entry during your stay. Unless the do not disturb sign is posted on the door, our housekeepers do service the rooms every day. They do knock every time they enter the room for service, but some of them do not knock loudly enough! I will speak to our staff and we hope this does not discourage you from visiting us again. I'm glad to hear your stay was otherwise pleasant and again, we are very sorry for the unease. Guest safety is our highest priority! Have a great day and we hope to see you next time.
