Their property was in bad condition the room looked as if it had not been cleaned it is completely out dated and the area it’s located seems to be run down and in poverty. I would not recommend staying there.

There was no Pool or Hot tub as you advertised.

I could not take a shower because rust came out

I paid $50 extra to have a pool view room. There are no pool view rooms. The pool has been condemned by the city 3 years ago. However they’re still happy to take your money and charge you extra for the pool view. I was shown 3 different rooms. All were filthy. I was told they could not cancel my reservation and refund my money. The entire property is in disrepair. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I can’t believe the entire building isn’t condemned. The man at the desk actually tried to be helpful other than refusing to cancel the reservation or refunding the money for the non existent pool view. Even the balcony was filthy.

Looks like they just reopened a couple of weeks ago, after being abandoned for a couple of years. The floors were dirty and walls were dirty everywhere. The carpet was coming apart at the seems. One elevator was out of order and the other looked like it should be. There was mold around the patio door in the room and the linen was stained. Even though there was a no refund policy, we chose not to stay, and instead continued our 14 hour drive home. I can not stress enough how truly awful the place was. This website should be ashamed to have them listed. It is more of a flop house than a hotel.

Upon check-in, we were informed that the pool was closed and had been for a while now. The buffet breakfast that was offered was an intercontinental upon arrival. The overall cleanliness of the lobby and hallways was disgusting. The elevator’s floor tiles were broken and missing in spots. There was trash throughout the hallway to the room. The blanket was strung across the bed and it was not made and the sheets had very large noticeable stains on them. The floor hadn’t been vacuumed and the bathroom had bugs and trash all over the floor with stained towels. People are also living in the hotel with their children.

The pool, hot tub, and dining room were all closed. Free breakfast they offered was cereal of some kind and slices of bread. The room was for 2 guest but we only got 1 towel, no hairdryer. We were disappointed in false advertisements but if I had read the reviews I would have went elsewhere.

We got a room on the 4th floor but were not informed until check in that it was under renovation and elevator pool rests and bar were all closeddue to this. Never said anything on the qebsite about it. Very disappointing

This was a mess. The property might be under renovation, but it is absolutely not done. Pool was condemned. Check in was very slow and seemed like they couldn’t find a room even though there were only 8 cars in the parking lot. I would call it a $49 motel. Not $270.

Canceled as soon as I pulled into the parking lot. Pool and restaurant/ lounge have not been in operation in years. I felt unsafe just being in the parking lot. Hotels highly recommended the property. Not a single car there but I was conned into booking a room because Hotels said it was the last one left. I was assuming this meant the place was that busy! It needs to be torn down/ Hotels is VERY misleading calling this a 4.5 star place!

We did not stay at the property. When my husband went to check in the ceiling in the foyer was water damaged, falling down, and appeared to be moldy. My husband brought this up to the clerk who assured him that the rooms were remodeled. My husband asked to see. The clerk took him to a room that was remodeled and looked nice, but the hallway to the room was literally a construction zone.Multiple wires hang from the ceiling, no carpet on the floor, construction material strewn about the hall, exit signs hanging loose with no lights or lenses. Completely unsafe for children (or adults!) My children were looking forwrd to the indoor pool, but is was closed. Worst hotel experience that we have ever encountered. The outside was not well-maintained either. The parking lot was grassy The awning had no fabric left on it. It looked ike a dump from the outside.

The place looked so bad, under construction, the rooms are not ready to have anybody stay in them, no shower curtain no soap no trash can the pool was not open. My kids and I felt very unsafe and the front desk couldn't even speak English kept telling me not much we can do you booked and paid already. The worst experience for me.

This hotel is a dump and looks very unsafe. There was broken equipment outside of the hotel. People were loitering in the parking lot and outside the doors. The pool is closed until further notice. They do not have the continental breakfast they advertise. They will make you sign an agreement that if you do not notify them within 10 minutes of check in that there is an issue, you forfeit your right to a refund or change. Do not stay here. There are plenty of other hotels nearby and in a safer neighborhood. Thankfully, Expedia allowed us to transfer our money to one of the other hotels.

This property was advertised as having a pool and a breakfast. Not only did I have to break it to my 9-yr-old that he wouldn't be able to swim, but then there was nothing to eat in the morning. There were other hotels offering those amenities for similar costs in the area, and it blows my mind that both of those would not be available. I wish I'd stayed elsewhere.

This property was there very worst hotel I have ever rented. The money I paid for the night here We could've went to a drug and cockroach hotel and had a way cleaner room
The pool and hot tub were not working and filled in with storage stuff. They are both indoors. This was the only reason I booked this room. No free breakfast like the add stated. The furniture had rips the room never heated up even with the thermostat set at 86. Froze all night the elevator did not seem safe we didn't feel safe enough and uncomfortable that we left at 3am in the morning. Didn't arrive untill 5:30. When we arrived I was thinking the hotel was closed down. Furniture and mattresses were all out front. I will never stay here again. You couldn't pay me enough to stay here. They wouldn't refund any of my money so I was stuck.

we were about to check in but check the pool for the kids and surprisingly the pool is dry,no water. Don't be.dissuade with the faulty advertising on the website! We want to cancel on the spot but .Front desk won't cancel our booking. We left the hotel with my son crying.And we could not cancel our stay with the front personnel either. They could do better by being honest and dont have to dissuade the public.
