We had a wonderful stay in Bensheim! There are three apartments with 2-4 people each and the two we stayed in were beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. Wonderful host who did her best to speak English to make sure we had everything we needed. Very welcoming and happy to have us as her guests. Not really a vacation home, more of an apart-hotel. And not as pictured- the listing is actually for an assortment of rooms in 2 different houses in Bensheim. But the room we had was well appointed, and it fit our family of 5\. The listing advertised a washing machine but there wasn't any- it might help if each room had its own listing? Then a person would know exactly what they are renting. We ended up enjoying our stay, it's in a good location to explore the area. Haben für den Preis (vergleichbar mit Luxushotel in Metropole - genaue Preise darf ich leider nicht nennen) deutlich mehr erwartet - die eine Wohnung war ein Keller, aus den Fenstern konnte man nichts als eine dreckige Wand sehen. Kleine Wünsche für die große Gruppe (14 Personen) hat sie problemlos erfüllen. Jede Wohnung ist sowohl liebevoll und farbenfroh eingerichtet als auch sauber und gepflegt. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden = gute Ausstattung. Wir haben gemeinsam entweder am großen Tisch im Wohnzimmer der großen Wohnung gegessen oder auf der Terrasse dieser Wohnung. Für Gäste aus dem Ausland waren die diversen Regeln der Hausordnung vor allem bezüglich Mülltrennung etwas kompliziert, dennoch konnten die Vermieterin/der Vermieter alles reibungslos erklären bzw. lösen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten stehen vor der Haustür und die Stadtmitte ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, wenn man die Zeit hat, sonst erreicht man sie in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto. Mit 13 Personen konnten wir tatsächlich ohne größere Umstände in der großen Wohnung zusammen die Mahlzeiten genießen. Alles da: Von schönem Geschirr, Ausflugsvorschlägen, Super Tipps von den Hauseltern über Spiele bis hin zu moderner Ausstattung. Die Betten waren uns etwas zu hart, das hätte man ändern können, wenn wir es gleich gemeldet hätten. Die Wohnungen waren alle sehr gut ausgestattet und vor allem sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gab ausreichend Platz um mit allen zusammen zu essen und es gab die Möglichkeit mit der ganzen Gruppe im Garten zu grillen. Das Zentrum, der Bahnhof und einige Wanderwege sind fussläufig erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben gute Tipps für die Freizeitgestaltung. Die Wohnung war nicht nur modern und super sauber, sondern wirklich sensationell ausgestattet. Von Gewürzen, Teekanne + Tees, Spülmittel (für die Spülmaschine ;-) ), Mikrowelle, Backofen, Tiefkühlfächer, Badewanne mit Badeschaum, Spielzeug für die Kleinen, Stereoanlage....da blieben keine Wünsche offen und wir konnten uns rund um wohlfühlen. Nicht zuletzt, weil uns die Vermieterin Frau Horster wahnsinnig nett und hilfsbereit in Empfang genommen hat. Sie hat uns mit tollen Ideen zur Freizeitgestaltung in der Umgebung versorgt und stand jederzeit für Fragen und Wünsche zur Verfügung! Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Die Wohnungen sind in der Tat ausserordentlich gepflegt und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet! Alles ist vollstaendig, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auch dass zum Beispiel Seife, Spuelmittel, Salz, Gewuerze etc vorhanden sind, fanden wir sehr freundlich - das haben wir schon anders erlebt in Ferienwohnungen und es kann sehr muehsam sein. Bei Ihnen wird wirklich an alles und jedes Detail gedacht und wir haben uns alle ausgesprochen wohlgefuehlt! Wir (3 Familien) mieteten über Silvester alle 3 Ferienwohnungen. Die Wohnungen sind sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet! Alles ist genau so wie es Internet beschrieben ist! Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und sehr zuvorkommend! Bei Fragen standen sie jederzeit zur Verfügung! In der großen Wohnung wurde extra ein großer Tisch für uns aufgestellt, so konnten wir alle (6 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder) gemeinsam Essen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor Ort und für Ausflüge steht in jeder Wohnung ein Ordner zur Verfügung. Wir bedanken uns bei Familie Horster für den tollen Urlaub! Wir haben Mitte Dezember ein Wochenende mit der ganzen Familie hier verbracht. Es war einfach toll! Da wir mit acht Erwachsenen und vier Kleinkindern angereist sind, haben wir alle drei Wohnungen gebucht. Alle sind neu renoviert, sehr modern und trotzdem gemütlich. Vielen Dank an Familie Horster für die tolle Vorbereitung (Betten beziehen, Tisch aufstellen etc) und natürlich für die schnelle Beseitigung der kleinen Schlüssel Katastrophe... Für Unternehmungen in die Umgebung war es der perfekte Ausgangspunkt. In der Wohnung fanden auch liebevoll gestaltete Ordner mit Tipps für die Umgebung, insbesondere mit Kindern. Wir waren im Zeitraum 02.06 - 07.06.2015 in der Fewo II und fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an herzlich aufgenommen und sehr wohl. Buchung per Mail ging sehr schnell und problemlos. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben in einem sehr sauberen und gepflegten Zustand, hat aber unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail und sehr vielen nützlichen sowie dekorativen Accessoire die man überall in der Wohnung findet (z.B. Vergrößerungsspiegel, Seifenspender, Fön, Nähgarn, Unterhaltungslektüre, sehr viel Infomaterial über die gesamte Region bzgl. Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurant, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, Stauraum, Steckdosen in Hülle und Fülle wie man es selten vorfindet usw.) Bei Fragen gibt es immer ein offenes Ohr. In der Nähe genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen sind. Ins Zentrum kommt man zu Fuß innerhalb von 15 Minuten und findet wunderschöne kleine und größere Lokale und Bier- und Weinstuben. Bus und Zug in unmittelbarer Nähe, so dass das Auto eigentlich nur zur Anreise benötigt wird (Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus sind vorhanden). Die Wohnung liegt also sehr Zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Bereits im Vorfeld konnten wir unsere Wünsche äußern und so fanden wir bei unserer Anreise alle Räumlichkeiten wie besprochen vor. Da wir mit 8 Erwachsenen und zwei Kleinkindern ein Ferienwochenende verbringen wollten, mieteten wir zwei der drei verfügbaren Wohnungen an. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und durch die Wohnungen geführt. Für jegliche Fragen stand die Vermieterin jeder Zeit bereit. Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns sehr gelegen, da die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür sind, die Adresse auch ohne Navi problemlos auffindbar ist und es gute Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus gibt. Wir sind als gemischte Gruppe von 9 Personen angereist, haben alle Ihre Wohnungen besetzt und waren alle rundum zufrieden! Die Wohnungen sind ganz wunderbar gepflegt und ausgestattet, wir hatten außerdem noch sehr schönes Wetter und konnten gemeinsam auf dem großen Balkon in der Sonne frühstücken - was für ein Luxus! Im Kloster Lorsch haben wir ein gemeinsames mittelalterliches Kochevent mit einem erfahrenen Küchenmeister und Historiker mitgemacht. In der näheren Umgebung haben wir viel zu Fuß erkundet und die Umgebung schätzen gelernt. Alle Wohnungen sind von uns als absolut empfehlenswert vorgefunden worden!
