"The Ion Bali Benoa is an excellent place to stay if you like the quiet atmosphere, the whole facility is kept clean and tidy , the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, the staff are very obliging and friendly, easy walking distance to restaurants, the beach and some small shopping places, the costing is amazing, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a relaxed and quiet holiday. "The guesthouse is new, needed a portable charger outlet to charge has not been upadated. The staff are attentive, helpful and polite. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. "

"Room was not clean felt completely off, handed the keys back to the employee after being there for 1hr recommend the owners put up to date photos of room so people know what there gonna get, there was small smudges of Red stuff on the walls and sheets. There is a reason why its cheap non refundable, and there was no ladder into the pool as in photos."
