Pet friendly and free wifi Corner house with garden, barbecue, sea views, communal pool and air conditioning for rent in the urbanisation Cumbre del Sol ‘Pueblo de la Paz’, Benitachell, Costa Blanca. The duplex flat has 90 m², on 2 floors connected by an internal staircase with wooden steps. It is located on a corner and has a garden, barbecue, additional living-dining room in a glass pergola, air conditioning, free wifi (fibre optic), porch on the ground floor and an open terrace with sea views and an awning on the upper floor. I nthe whole house the water is drinkable. Ground floor: Living/dining room with sideboard, sofa, smart TV, table, dining table (6 chairs), air conditioning and stairs to the upper floor. Kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cool box, crockery, cutlery, etc. Guest toilet Veranda of 9 m² with table, sofa and 2 armchairs. Direct access to the garden. Garden with artificial lawn, pebbles, deckchairs, barbecue and glass pergola with several armchairs and a dining table. First floor: Master bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and access door to the terrace. Open terrace with awning, sea view and cosy lounge. There are three extendable clotheslines to dry your laundry. Bedroom with 2 single beds (+1) of 90 cm, wardrobe and ventilator. Bathroom with shower and window. All rooms have mosquito screens! Room with washing machine, ironing board, iron, hoover, clothes horse. Parking on the street in front of the house. The house is located in Pueblo de la Paz, a terraced house and apartment complex in a flat area with a large, lake-shaped communal pool in the centre (approx. 100 metres away). The complex also has paddle and tennis courts (privately run and for a fee) and a communal skate park with views of the Cabo de la Nao lighthouse in Jávea. The corner house is located in a well-serviced area, close to a supermarket, pharmacy and 2 restaurants. The landlord reserves the right to charge additional fees if guests use energy irresponsibly, such as using air conditioning and/or heating with doors and windows open. IMPORTANT: The house is newly rented by us and therefore there are onlay a few reviews. Electricity, water, WIFI, bed linen and towels are included. Final cleaning is charged separately and costs 85 euros. Your pet is welcome to stay with us. The fee is 50 euros. There is a deposit of 300 euros, which will be refunded at the end of your stay if everything is in order. Before you book, please note the house rules. You accept them when you book. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos über eine Schlüsselbox, die gesamte Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Das Haus liegt in einer ausgesprochen ruhigen Wohngegend. Wir haben die beiden schön möblierten Balkone gerne genutzt. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts.Positiv zu erwähnen sind die Fliegengitter an sämtlichen Fenstern und Türen. So konnten wir auf die Klimaanlage verzichten und die Fenster nachts geöffnet lassen.Eine gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.Als Mieter dieses Hauses haben wir gerne den nur 100 m entfernten, riesigen und immer sauberen Gemeinschaftspool genutzt, der nur den anliegenden Strassen zu Verfügung steht. An der Steilküste gibt es schöne Wanderwege mit eindrucksvollen Aussichten. Auch die beiden Städte Xabía und Moraira sind einen Besuch wert. ##### Uwe L. La maison est grande, avec une belle vue dégagée et très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. Les lits sont confortables et pour une location en espagne cest assez rare.
