At the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed and the third one with 2 single beds), 3 bathrooms en suite with shower, an ample living-dining room and a separated kitchen fully equipped. The main floor, swimming pool level, has 3 other bedrooms (1 with double bed and the 2 others with single beds), a bathroom with bath, a separated kitchen, a guest toilet and a cozy living-dining room and to spend nice moments. All the bedrooms and the two living rooms have air conditioning. OUTDOOR: the villa is built on an open plot of 800m2\.
