Its heated swimming pool brings a real advantage: with the sun often present (300 days of sunshine), you can enjoy the south-facing terrace sheltered from the wind, and especially swim in the pool all year round, so that many other vacationers will not be able to. The swimming pool is not overlooked: in this region a lot of houses overhang other houses and therefore everyone sees themselves; at Villa Chic Romance, the pool terrace is hidden. The villa is spacious and functional, and can accommodate many thanks to its 5 independent, air-conditioned rooms with 160x200 beds (beds made on arrival with satin sheets), with 5 private bathrooms (we offer you products Nuxe reception, bath and pool towels are provided) and 6 toilets, a large living room with 3 black sofas, and a second living room upstairs with a table football. The white sofas can be transformed into additional beds and we can install 2 additional 90 beds in the 2 larger bedrooms. A south-facing mosaic swimming pool heated with a heat pump guaranteeing an excellent water temperature A large terrace for numerous lunch or dinner next to the barbecue and the plancha A private solarium terrace upstairs overlooking the valley Another outdoor lounge for breakfast or aperitif facing the pool with a large parasol A games area behind the house with ping pong 3 TV: satellite dish on Astra, so you will have the channels of Astra, French, German, English .. with TNT SAT; but also reception antenna of the Spanish TNT; TVs are Smart TVs: they therefore have direct internet access (youtube, netflix, google, etc.) and USB ports Free WIFI (8MB with latest router) A DVD player and a plantation 3 are available. Books too For babies: there are 2 baby beds, 2 high chairs, 1 changing mat, 1 baby bath. A well-equipped kitchen. Outside, a large table for 14 people on the terrace next to the pool, an outdoor shower. An outdoor kitchen with a fridge, sink, gas plancha and barbecue. To relax in addition: table football, ping pong table The villa is not semi-detached, it is independent. The garden is closed and the parking lot can accommodate up to 4 cars. The area is very quiet. The villa is under alarm. The skylight (roof window) in the white living room is equipped with an automatic closure, for those who would like to sleep in the additional beds. My staff will welcome you speaking perfect French, Russian, Polish; and we can also respond to your requests in English and Spanish. The villa is very well located: a few minutes from Cala Baladrar cove (1 km as the crow flies) you can swim, snorkel or have lunch at the restaurant, dinner with a musical atmosphere. The Golf of Ifach is even closer to the villa. There are still 3 other golf courses nearby. The villa is very close to supermarkets, petrol pump, press and other shops. There are many inexpensive restaurants with menus in different foreign languages. The villa is located between Alicante and Valencia, between Calpé and Dénia. The Benissa region is magnificent with quality tourism: good restaurants, lounge bars, shops and marinas, beaches and coves (the water is hot!), but also a hinterland just as interesting for land sportspeople and walks, all very close to the villa. As for the youngest who want to enjoy the whole night, you just have to go to Calpé, 8km away and return by taxi, who are there all night and not expensive. Supermarkets are 2 minutes from the villa. There are also good wine merchants and foreign food products including French, English, Dutch, Russian. The sandy beaches of Moraira or Fustera are less than 5 km away with parking and without traffic jams. Wij hebben voor deze villa gekozen vanwege de recensies en het feit dat de beheerder een superhost is, wat het vertrouwen hoort te geven dat je ook iets boekt wat het het ook waar maakt zoals beloofd is. Helaas is deze villa ons behoorlijk tegengevallen. Dit omdat de omschrijving van de villa en de faciliteiten niet echt overeenkwamen zoals werd omschreven. De ons meest tegengevallen punten zijn als volgt samen te vatten en vervolgens een omschrijving: Tegengevallen / achterstallige schoonmaak, Niet sluitbare deuren, Lekkende Airco, Verstopte badkamers, Zeer tegengevallen Internet/Wifi, Zwembad, 1 keer schoonmakk in deze Covid tijd, Schlechte communicatie met beheerder, geen engels. Een nadere uitleg is dan als volgt te omschrijven: De villa heeft 5 kamers waarvan we bij aankomst pas constateerden dat 1 slaapkamer ingang vanuit de oprit is, dat bij 1 slaapkamer de deur niet dicht kon. Dit door het eerder uitzetten van de deur door een lekkende airco. In deze kamer was het bed ook niet opgemaakt en er lagen geen handdoeken. Er werd ons ook niet verteld dat we deze kamer niet konden gebruiken vanwege de deur. Dit kregen we de volgende dag te horen toen we melding hadden gemaakt van onze klachten. Een andere slaapkamer kreeg de eerste dag ook al te maken met een lekkende airco waardoor de vloer constant nat was en de deur niet dicht kon. Hier zijn ze op dag 4 (dinsdag 17 Aug.) naar komen kijken. De airco in de woonkamer/keuken begon ook te lekken. Vanaf dag 1 was er al sprake van verstopping in 1 van de badkamers. In een andere badkamer liep de wasbak ook constant vol. Bij aankomst merkten we ook op dat de schoonmaak slecht was gedaan. Met name in de keuken. De koelkast en meerdere keukenkasten waren niet schoon. Dit hebben wij zelf nogmaals schoongemaakt alvorens het in gebruik te nemen. Er werd een sterke wifi beloofd in het huis en overal waren smart tv's aanwezig. Echter de wifi was slecht en er was helemaal geen verbinding met de smart tv's. Wifi was voor ons belangrijk omdat 1 van ons moest werken. Hier hebben we ook melding van gedaan en pas op dinsdag werd de wifi beneden gemaakt. Boven was nog steeds een slechte verbinding. ##### Sadik D. The description and the photos do not give this place enough credit. Brilliant villa with great a modern feel. 11 Adults loved staying here for a break in the sunshine and would highly recommend. Hosts Beata & Piotr were great help and super friendly. A car might have been useful but for the group size we had and what we were therefore we were happy to walk to the local store (Pepes) and then taxi back for 7 Euros. Aufgrund der tollen Fotos, der super Beschreibung sowie dem super netten Kontakt zur Vermieterin haben wir uns im Vorfeld sehr auf den Aufenthalt gefreut, aber jegliche Erwartung wurde übertroffen. Das Haus ist super schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und jedes Zimmer ist klimatisiert und hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Die Küche ist sehr groß, sodass man auch mit mehreren Personen kochen kann. Auch die Ausstattung ist mehr als ausreichend. Der Pool ist groß und beheizt und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Die Putzleute sind sehr freundlich. Es gibt 2 Babybetten und 2 Hochstühle. Es gibt unterschiedliche Strände zu denen man fahren kann. Der Hauptstrand in Calpe war unser Favorit und in ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Da uns aber das Haus so gut gefallen hat, hatten wir auch einige Tage am Pool verbracht. Alles in allem waren alle Gäste super begeistert vom Haus und ich bin sicher, dass wir wieder kommen werden. ##### Timo H. Clearly this is someone's home and was immaculate throughout, we had 10 days in August and the owner Celine couldn't do enough for us I would have no hesitation in recommending this as a place to stay. As this is not close to bars and restaurants you will need a car to get around for those that haven't visited Bennisa or Moriaia the place is fantastic with lots of lovely bars and restaurants. The house was modern, clean and well equipped. We were 12 persons, 10 adults and 2 children (in extra beds) and it was lot of space for all of us. The heated pool and the patio were really nice. The area around the villa was calm and beautiful. We loved the village Moraira with small nice beaches. Nice hostess who was easy to get in touch with. We highly recommend this villa. ##### Lena M. Le gros plus : piscine chauffée !! Le moins : manque d'activité aux alentours, mais nous sommes partis en avril et pas de parc d'attractions ouvert à cette période.
