Villa for 4 people furnished in traditional Spanish style. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor, the upper floor remaining closed and unoccupied. The villa is located in a very peaceful residential area, near the cove "Cala Abogat". Located just 2 km from Moraira and 15 minutes drive from Calpe, it benefits from an advantageous location with a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops...

Location and distances: Beach: 1 km. Supermarket: 3 km - Restaurants: 1 km. City center: 6 km.

Area & equipment: Living area: approx. 80 m². Air conditioning: living room + 1 bedroom. Washing machine.
