Saona Villas offers you this beautiful, well-furnished holiday home located in a residential area, on the hills of Benissa. It is only 10 minutes by car from the small cove “Cala Baladrar” with its beach bar, along the coast, between Moraira and Calpe. Located high up, among the pine trees, this villa offers us a pleasant view of the Mediterranean landscape. Just a few minutes away, there are a few restaurants where you can taste traditional Spanish cuisine and experience the Mediterranean way of life.  
  
The villa offers you the possibility of parking 2 cars. From the parking lot, a staircase leads us to a spacious terrace. Another staircase leads down to the ground floor apartment and a few more steps take us to the private swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and forming the heart of the outdoor space. There is also an outdoor dining room with a barbecue, all surrounded by vibrant vegetation and plenty of privacy.  
  
Approximate distances: Beach 4 km. Supermarket 4 km - restaurant 3 km. City center 6 km.  
  
Comfort: 3\*: Living area of ​​approximately 90 m². Free wifi Internet connection. Air conditioning : in 2 bedrooms.  
  
On the ground floor (the upper floor remains private, closed and unoccupied): There are steps to climb to access the living / dining room (with satellite TV + DVD player). Fully equipped kitchen (with hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge-freezer). 1 double bedroom (with 2 single beds) + air conditioning. 1 double bedroom (with a double bed) + air conditioning. 1 shower room (+ WC).  
  
Outside: Enclosed land. Beautiful private swimming pool of 7 x 4 meters with internal steps.  
Outdoor shower + deckchairs. There are steps to go down to access the swimming pool.  
Outdoor terrace, garden furniture. Barbecue. Parking for 2 cars.  
  
ALL INCLUSIVE / except: Deposit: €400 / stay by credit card or in cash (this deposit is debited and returned approximately one week after your departure, provide a RIB for reimbursement).
