No es que sea malo pero para que la gente lo tenga en cuenta. Lei que había muchas escaleras y es cierto, la vivienda de los propietarios está dentro de la finca, pensaba que no ibamos a tener intimidad y no hubo problemas. La piscina es muy cómoda y bonita. Elena muy comprensible y atenta. No fuimos capaces de poner la televisión en español pero nos sirvió para desconectar de las noticias..se duerme muy bien y tranquilo. Los colchones son muy cómodos. Lo mejor de la casa sin duda son sus vistas. Puedes ver el mar y el peñón de Calpe desde todas las estancias. Cenar en la terraza con la mejor vista posible. Bellísimo. La casa esta bien equipada y tiene mucho espacio. La piscina es perfecta y siempre limpia. Nosotros fuimos sin coche porque no pensábamos recorrer la zona. Si quieres tener mayor flexibilidad es indispensable el coche. Sin embargo, si solo quieres pasar unos días disfrutando de la casa y de alguna cala cercana, Elena y Michel se ofrecen sin ningún problema a llevarte tanto a la playa como al supermercado. Son muy amables y simpáticos! Nos han brindado una gran ayuda. Hay un pequeño paseo por el bosque que comienza a unos 5 minutos de la casa. Muy bonito. También puedes caminar a la playa, pero prepárate para la vuelta cuesta arriba. Nosotros no pudimos conseguir taxis en esta época con tanta ocupación. Hemos estado alojados 2 adultos, una adolescente y una mascota durante 5 días en Semana Santa en el apartamento de la planta superior. El apartamento está muy bien equipado, las estancias son amplias y confortables. Los propietarios, Elena y Michel, viven en la propiedad en la planta intermedia por lo que si necesitas algo están a tu disposición. Son muy amables, cordiales, y saben respetar perfectamente la intimidad. Para mi gusto, la casa está decorada con mucho encanto, la he encontrado muy "chic". El salón, y los dos dormitorios, tienen unas vistas al mar y a la montaña que te dejan sin habla. La cocina, es pequeñita, aunque tiene de todo. En cuanto a la terraza, es magnífica, tiene un buenísimo tamaño, barbacoa, mesa, sillas, tumbona y unas vistas........, lo único malo ha sido que no hemos podido disfrutar mucho de ella porque en estos días hacía viento. Ya se deduce que nos ha gustado mucho la casa, comentar que a mi (que cada vez veo menos) me gustaría que la iluminación no fuera tan tenue. La piscina no la hemos utilizado pues el tiempo no animaba a hacerlo. La televisión tampoco la hemos utilizado, pues como hay wifi, los programas los hemos visto en el ordenador. No quiero terminar sin hablar del entorno, la casa está ubicada en la urbanización Montemar, sin mucho esfuerzo, puedes acceder al monte (sin urbanizar) y dar un agradabilísimo paseo con unas vistas de montaña y mar que te transmiten una tranquilidad y un sosiego que para mi son fundamentales y para mi mascota......... el paraíso. El comedor precioso, todo acristalado. La televisión no sintoniza canales nacionales lo que nos permitio disfrutar todavía más de la estancia. Las playas más cercanas están a unos 2/3 km pero merece la pena conducir un poco más e ir a la de Moraira. Recomendado para desconectar unos días en familia. ##### DIANA B. Todo un acierto. Buscábamos un lugar tranquilo para poder desconectar, y que a la vez, nos ofreciera todas las comodidades de un hogar.... y lo encontramos. La casa se encuentra a unos 2 km de la playa. En una zona de urbanizaciones muy tranquila. La casa dispone de 3 alturas. En cada altura hay una vivienda diferente. Las tres comparten la piscina. Nosotros estuvimos en la más alta. Desde allí, las vistas (sobre el mar y el Peñón de Ifach) son muy bonitas. La vivienda tiene dos habitaciones (una de matrimonio y otra doble). Las dos bastante cómodas y con vistas hacia el mar. El salón esta acristalado y ofrece unas magnificas panorámicas de calpe y el Peñón. El baño y cocina están completamente amueblados. La cocina dispone de todos los electrodomésticos y menaje. La casa tiene WIFI. Tiene televisión por cable pero no hay sintonizada ningún canal español. Nos ha servido para desconectar más. Dispone de una terraza individual ENORME. Con su mesa para 6 personas, su barbacoa y sus hamacas. Todo preparado para que disfrutes de tu estancia y no eches en falta nada. La zona es muy tranquila. No dispone de tiendas cercas. Pero como es imprescindible el coche para moverse, las tiendas están a 5 min. En el piso intermedio viven los dueños. Han sido una pareja muy amable que se han preocupado en todo momento de nuestra comodidad a pesar de no hablar el mismo idioma. Les estamos muy agradecidos. ##### Elena G.
