The apartment I'd modern, spacious and comfortable and has everything you need for a SC holiday in the heart of Benidorm's new town. The complex is securely locked and accessed via a gate and a locked front door. The apartment is in the 18 th floor hosting great views out all around towards the sea and mountains. In the tower block most are private rentals so the horror stories that you read refer to the handful of apartments that are still let by the management company not privately owned. It has a secure car park which was useful as we had a hire car and a secure entrance to the apartment block. It is literally across the road from the open air market but this was not an issue. It is less than 10 mins walk from the main bars and " strip " with other quieter bars and restaurants nearby. Benidorm Palace is 15 mins walk away in an area with other bars and restaurants. The beach is about 10 mins walk away. The apartment has everything you will need, is very modern and comfortable and has a large balcony with the sun on it all day. There is plenty of outside seating with excellent views of Benidorm and a perfect place to relax with a drink or food. The TV had limited British channels but was due to be improved and wi-fi installed on the day of our departure. We were met on our arrival by Alistair and Mikey who gave us a warm welcome and showed us around and gave us some local information. Highly recommended ! ##### Mark M. Alistair who owns the apartment was there to great and is only a call away. The only reason we didn't give it 5 stars was that it had no internet which Alistair says he is looking into putting in. It is extremely comfortable and clean, with everything one could ask for. Alistair was very helpful before we arrived, and was there to welcome us and show us around. The apartment building is right opposite the outdoor market, yet we were not disturbed by this in the morning.
