nice hotel and good location

Posted 15-Sep-2017
Staff were helpful and the hotel was very clean and pleasant. The room was very small but clean with amenities. The food was excellent. Not a lot of sun beds and the pool was very cold. But would definitely come back here 👍

Best All Inclusive in Benidorm

Posted 14-Sep-2017
Pros: The location was 10 minutes from the sea front and 5 minutes from the main shopping street which led to the old town
Cons: The water in the swimming pool was very cold,so if the hotel could warm the water it would make it a lot better
Location: The hotel is on a side road minutes from the sea front and main shopping area which both lead to the old town ,the main entertainment area of Benidorm
This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and would recommend it to anybody. It is a great hotel in a good location, about 10 minutes from the sea front, clean and tidy with great staff. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The entertainment was good and the entertainment team great. The variety of the food was impressive and the quality superb.Nothing for all the staff seemed too much trouble

A great 4 star All Inclusive Hotel

Posted 05-Sep-2017
Pros: Great food, comfortable rooms and a lovely spa. A high degree of cleanliness throughout. Great after care (Checkout) service.
Cons: The hairdryers are not good quality. Constantly cut out. This is frustrating if you are trying to dry long hair.
Location: Being centrally located there are many places to visit. These include a great beach, water sports, markets, shops, bars, clubs and tribute act shows.
A very enjoyable and good value family holiday at a great centrally located hotel. Enjoyed the benefits of being at an adults only hotel for a relaxing stress free holiday. The outside pool was not the biggest but never saw it over crowded. Plenty of sun loungers and outside seating areas. The choice and quality of food was excellent. The rooms were a fair size, well equipped and clean. Before attending this hotel I noted that the hotel was very highly rated but the most common theme of criticism was the evening entertainment. In my opinion there was a good variety of evening entertainment but overall the standard was average The hotel's entertainment reps Romi and Miki were excellent and during the day their commitment to their duties made the daytime entertainment good fun and popular with the residents. Romi's boundless enthusiasm was infectious and commendable. Even in the evenings with average entertainment on show, they were brilliant in encouraging audience participation and making the most of the entertainment available. Overall this was a great hotel that provided a first class all inclusive package.Highly recommended. PS Many holiday company websites advertise this hotel as having a tennis court. There is no tennis court.

Lovely Hotel

Posted 23-Aug-2017
Location: Not much to do in the area and Benidorm is a bit of a dump
The only thing that bothered us was the smokers they need a designated area as its not fair that us non smokers should have to sit around the smell of smoke apart from that we couldn't fault a thing

Reasonable Hotel

Posted 28-Jul-2017
Pros: I liked the size of the room, and the bed was comfortable. Nice view from the Balcony. Staff very friendly.
Cons: The food could be improved.
Location: Plenty of Clubs and some nice bars. Not far from the Beach.
The Hotel was nice. Clean and the staff friendly. The food was mediocre. Not much in the way of Spanish food. I have stayed at other Hotels in Benidorm, the food was better and they done Theme nights with Spanish food from different regions. This Hotel done a Paella one afternoon a week as part of the entertainment. If you only like English food, you would be fine. The pool is also quite small for the amount of Holidaymakers. Overall nice Hotel and Staff, but not quite my cup of tea.

Central Hotel

Posted 27-Jul-2017
Pros: Everything! The staff are first class. Many have been working there for many years and provide brilliant service and great atmosphere.
Cons: The hotel is great value for money and constantly strives to improve. Keep doing the same thing, it is great.
Location: Location is brilliant for beach, Old atown and the NewTown.
Sandos is a brilliant hotel, both in location and also in quality. It provides excellent food, great service and is constantly trying to improve. The poolside grill and bar provides snacks all day, whilst the restaurant provides great quality food and first class service. It is located between the old and new town, so is perfect for essentials of a great holiday. If you want the beach, it's 400 yards down the road. Location and quality services are the key to this brilliant hotel.
