Penthouse apartment on the Levante beachfront, Benidorm, with direct access to the beach from the same establishment. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and capacity for 5 people.

Cozy and very bright accommodation, it has a large 25 m2 terrace with views of the sea and the city. Terrace with outdoor dining area and sun loungers.

It has an elevator, internet access (Wi-Fi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, outdoor parking in the same community building and subject to availability upon arrival, 1 television, washing machine and iron.

The American induction kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.

- The delivery of keys and Check-in takes place in our office located on Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, at street level, commercial name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

- A deposit of €200 is retained by credit/debit card or cash, failing that.

- Check in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)

- Check out before 11:00 a.m.

-You can smoke only on the terrace.

Had a fabulous time clean beds comfortable lovely view

Perfect location to stay r room had a beach view even tho set back a bit Ideal for friendscouples Bull dog bar next door best English breaky 👌🍻 Getting the key was fine just having to stop in a taxi cost us an extra 10 euro not so much the property’s fault just maybe a lock box on the door be best as you also have to return the key to the shop also but if a pain

Was geeat option & would go back.

Great location with bars & clubs nearby & beach right at the entrance. It was spacious along with a good sized balcony/roof top. Couple of sun beds as well as table & chairs. A bit picky but a coffee machine that used pods. It has a filter pot but it was messy slow & leaked causing a bit of a cleanup required. Having some basic items such as washing up liquid/sponges & tea towels could have been worthwhile. Never used the TV so have no comments on this.

Perfect location shame about the strong sewage smell

The large terrace was perfect for catching a tan,great location by the sea front There was a very strong smell of sewage in the room and on the terrace area ,the miniature TV that was mounted high up on the wall.very small bathroom

Una estancia genial disfrutando del sol y las vistas al mar

La ubicación inmejorable, la limpieza, todo recién reformado y con buen gusto, la comodidad de las camas y almohadas, la luminosidad del apartamento y, sobre todo, la enorme terraza con vistas al mar. La disfrutamos mucho. Ah, y ni un ruido por las noches, ni de la calle ni de los vecinos. La recogida de llaves en una oficina separada de los apartamentos, en una calle en la que no se puede aparcar. Fue un poco estresante localizarla y dejar el coche mal aparcado para conseguir las llaves. Por otro lado, uno de los dormitorios y el salón no tienen persianas ni cortinas opacas, por lo que si te molesta la luz para dormir no es buena opción. El dormitorio con la cama de matrimonio sí tiene persiana. Y para terminar, se hubiera agradecido un poco de jabón en el baño, aunque fuera una pastilla pequeña de las que dan en los hoteles, porque llegas de viaje y no te puedes lavar las manos, hay que ir al súper a comprar jabón, gel y champú.

1. La terraza 2. Recogida rápida de llaves 3. La ubicación 4. La urbanización tiene duchas de agua dulce en el patio. 1. El olor del baño porque huele a cañeria y la poca presion de la ducha. 2. hacia demasiado calor sin poner el aire. 3. 3.Parece más grande en las fotos de lo que es en realidad. 4.La habitación de dos camas es una ventanita que da al pasillo común y no tiene persiana pero entra demasiada luz.
