Luxury renovated flat in the attractive small building Casa Hispania from the sixties. Second line beach. In La Cala-Benidorm, the residential part of the town, on the quiet Poniente beach. (Levante is the party part of town with only hotels) We are also happy to rent our holiday flat in Spain to lovers of sun and sea. Only 100 metres from the beach and boulevard. Enjoy the view from the 8 metre balcony on the seventh floor. Good lift. Private car park. Suitable for 2 adults, non-smoking, no pets.

New central Daikin air conditioning system, control with fixed thermostat, perfectly functional and quiet. New double-glazed sliding doors for optimum insulation. ABOUT BENIDORM
One of the most beautiful and cleanest beaches in Europe. Many restaurants and supermarkets in the area. In our street with beautiful marble pavements and beautiful trees and plants, there are many restaurants, small shops, a bakery and a pharmacy. You walk along the beautiful promenade to the centre of Benidorm in 25 minutes. Bus stop in the street. Modern hospital Clinica Benidorm or IMED is 4 km away.
With its particularly favourable location on the Costa Blanca, Benidorm enjoys one of the most pleasant climates on the entire Mediterranean coast. It is located in an area surrounded by mountain ranges.
Benidorm has become much better in recent years, with a beautiful new promenade to Poniente beach and an excellent infrastructure around the town. There are more and more young people in our residential area, active with running or cycling. The beach is cleaned every night and is fully illuminated at night, which is atmospheric and safe. The shopping centre La Marina (2.5 km) is huge with a large hypermarket Carrefour, Aldi, Lidl, Mercadona, Mediamarkt, Decathlon, etcetera.

We really loved the location, couldn't have been better positioned. Apartment has been decorated to a high standard. Plenty of restaurants around which do really good food. Close to the beach. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a relaxing place to stay and do your own thing.

My husband and I stayed in this apartment in January for a month. We were very happy there, nice and clean, modern, big comfy bed, we loved having our morning coffee looking out towards Peacock Island. This was our second stay at this apartment and it was as good as the first time. It is very modern and clean, we stayed for 5 weeks and we had everything we needed there. The Mercodonna supermarket is only a ten-minute walk away, and the beach is on your doorstep. We hope to stay in this apartment again next year. Thank you Alfred and also Alice who was there to greet us with the keys.

#### A dream in Benidorm
The housekeeper has taken us very nicely and is very nice and has shown us everything and informed about shopping. The apartment is a great gift for us !!!! A dream !!! It is beautifully decorated and every detail decorated with love and the sea view just heavenly. We will take good care of the apartment as if our own apartment would be even better. The property was very well kept. Lovely view. Had great utensils in kitchen, didn't have toaster though. Very spacious and was lovely to stay there. Had a hiccup with internet but Alfred the owner sorted it out immediately. When the weather was bad the apartment was a great comfort.

We have stayed at this apartment before and have enjoyed it each time. The apartment is well aired and now with the addition of ceiling fans you are not reliant on using AC machine. Beds are comfortable, cooking equipment is sufficient for making easy meals (We tend to eat out and only make snacks / sandwiches for beach) There are plenty of places to eat with a few minutes walk from the apartment all serving different dishes.
