The hotel seemed fine. I don’t usually go for large hotels but this was an exception. The reception was fine but one receptionist needs an injection of happiness and shouldn’t be miserable or aggressive when dealing with her colleagues or customers. I cannot rate the food properly, I purchased two evening meal vouchers at €15 each but cannot say the food was anything above average. I do not like buffet service and didn’t expect it when I purchased the vouchers. My wife and I don’t drink a lot and did not take advantage of any alcoholic drinks available with the meal. I was again disappointed at breakfast, queuing and self serving undercooked sausages, fried eggs that were kept warm too long, bacon that was too salty, mushrooms that were tasteless with a synthetic texture. We like to be waited on and would avoid a cattle market at all costs. It is over 25 years since I lived in Benidorm and this one night has secured my Non-Return forever. A more personal service is my preference, so my mistake, I just feel embarrassed that your customers are treated this way and you obviously feel your service is good. I’m not a holiday tourist, but I’m also not a snob. I live in half the year in UK and half in Villaricos, and recommend you visit establishments in this area, but please keep your style of hotel in Benidorm, thank you
