Nice hotel- roof terrace being renovated so didn’t go, that was one of the reasons we booked the hotel. Requested a kettle- refused- even though daughter and partner had one in their room- though they were upgraded, we weren’t and it was actually my birthday on check in🙇♀️

Overall good stay
Really enjoyed staying here, room was comfortable and clean, breakfast and dinner was excellent with a fine choice. Only one niggle was at check in, there was an issue with the hotels.com voucher which she apparently could not read on the email and another issue when we found there was no kettle in the room and when we asked to hire one we were told to contact hotels.com, found this somewhat inflexible. However, the hotel was very good overall and we would stay there again, bringing our own kettle, obviously.
