### Apartment and garage directly on the beach
The rental apartment is 162 m² big and has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a complete kitchen, a large, glassed terrace, living salon, satellite TV, telephone ,washing machine and valuable furniture. Bedding is included and new. All appliances are available. The apartment has been renovated. The apartment is heated and has air-conditioning. We renovated the bathrooms in November 2002 .For your car, you can rent our single garage. In 2004 we will renew the kitchen. From our house, a promenade goes straight to Benidorm. It is illuminated at night. You can walk from here to Benidorm for dancing in the night and also to go shopping in a couple of shops. Afterwards, you can take a bus or taxi and come back to La Cala.
Further Details: Benidorm is one of the warmest regions in Europe. We have the Terra Mitica Park nearby. If you like you can drive with the Limon Express from Benidorm to Gata de Gorgos. It's very lovely and interesting. You can pay a visit to Benidorm Palace. Here you will see a very good Night Show. Bookings with diner are possible. If you like to make an excursion to the island, please go to Benidorm harbour. Here you can book a voyage. In the evening, you can walk to Benidorm over the illuminated promenade. In Levante beach you will find many restaurants, discos and dancing bars.
Surroundings: Benidorm takes its name from the Arabic of 'Bendahrim',being named after the family who initially colonised the cities of Valencia in the north and Alicante in the south , it is in the province of Valencia , in the region known as ' La Costa Blanca ' and based on the administrative capital of Marina Baixa . Benidorm starts in the year 1953 as international tourist town.

#### Top Lage - sehr gepflegt und modern eingerichtet
Wir können uns den positiven Bewertungen 100% anschließen. Es gibt wohl kaum einen besseren Platz in Benidorm seinen Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Wohnung ist top eingerichtet, die Lage direkt am Strand mit Traum Ausblick aufs Meer und ganz Benidorm im Hintergrund, nicht weit entfernt sind gemütliche Strandcafés und Restaurants und die Kundenbetreuung ist excellent. Wir würden dieses Domizil jedem weiterempfehlen.

#### Traumunterkunft für Teilüberwinterung gefunden
Meine Frau und ich (Jungrentner) suchten für die grauen Monate des Winters eine Unterkunft in sonnigeren Gefilden, nun sind wir fündig geworden. Benidorm hat uns schon immer gefallen und nun das große Glück mit der Wohnung Casa Blanca. Ruhige Lage und ein traumhafter Ausblick auf\`'s Meer und die Stadt. Für mich als "Sonnenanbeter" war der Platz auf der Giebeltreppe ideal, Sonne bis in den späten Nachmittag. Wir haben uns schnell entschieden, künftig jedes Jahr mindestens 2 Monate hier zu verbringen, denn in Benidorm gibt es immer etwas zu erleben, es wird nie langweilig. Die Wohnung ist hell, wunderschön eingerichtet und sauber, wie wir es bisher noch nicht erlebt haben. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgerüstet, da macht das Kochen sogar mir wieder spaß. Besonderen Dank gilt den beiden Damen der Hausverwaltung, die uns hervorragend betreut haben. Wir freuen uns schon auf den Februar, denn dann geht es wieder ab nach Benidorm.

#### Ideal für Familien mit Kindern
Hallo, wir sind eine Fam. mit 5 Personen. Wir waren jetzt zum 2\. Mal in den Herbstferien in dieser Ferienwohnung. Für uns ist diese Wohnung ideal. Durch die Aufteilung der Zimmer, die 3 Bäder, Nähe zum Strand und Volleyballfeld hatten wir einen sehr entspannten Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist jetzt mit dem neuen Geschirrspüler komplett und prima ausgestattet. Wir werden sicher auch ein 3\. Mal buchen.

#### FeWo zum Wiederkommen
Bereits zum zweiten Mal hatten wir die Möglichkeit unseren Urlaub in der Wohnung CASA BLANCA 1 in Benidorm-Poniente mit 5 Personen zu verbringen. 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder, 1 Küche mit allen benötigten Einrichtungen, 1 Wohnzimmer und ein offener großer Balkon mit Blick auf den sauberen Strand und die Bucht von Benidorm gewährleisten einen erholsamen ungetrübten Urlaub. Eigentlich geben wir ungern eine sehr gute Bewertung ab, da wir gern im nächsten Jahr wieder in eine verfügbare Wohnung kommen möchten. Aber Vermieter und die fleißigen Helfer haben es verdient!

#### Casa Blanca, mit atemberaubender Aussicht
Die beste Lage am grossen Strand von Benidorm mit freier Sicht auf die ganze Bucht ist die grosse Attraktion dieser sehr geräumigen Wohnung. Dieser Teil des sauberen Strandes (Poniente) ist ruhiger und viel weniger frequentiert wie der nördliche Teil. Hunde gibt es keine und das beruhigende Geräusch der Brandung kommt nicht aus dem Lautsprecher! Die Wohnung ist vollständig ausgerüstet. Sollte trotzdem einmal etwas fehlen oder nicht richtig funktionieren, ist der sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter resp. seine emsigen Helferinnen sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Es ist empfehlenswert, das Auto in der separat zu mietenden, kühlen Garage zu versorgen.

#### Immer wieder gern dort Zu Gast
Wir waren kürzlich 15 Tage in dieser großen FeWo. Es hat uns dort an nichts gefehlt. Die Fewo ist gemütlich eingerichtet, top sauber und alle dort zur Verfügung stehenden technischen Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei. Die FeWo liegt direkt am Strand, die Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft - das Highlight jeden Morgens. Die beleuchtete, wohl knapp 2 km lange Promenade, welche bis in die belebte Altstadt führt - das Highlight des Abends. Erholung fanden wir u.a. an dem wunderbar feinen hellen Sandstrand und dem warmen Meer direkt vor der Haustür. Aber es gibt auch viele Ausflugsziele im nahen und weiteren Umfeld, die man nicht verpassen sollte. Die deutsche Betreuerin der FeWo gibt gerne Tipps! Jederzeit würden wir diese Ferienwohnung wieder buchen, absolut empfehlenswert.

#### Casa Blanca 1
Casa 1 liegt am ruhigsten Teil (Poniente) der Benidormer Strände. Die Wohnung selbst ist großzügig geschnitten und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Deutschen Vermieter achten darauf, daß Urlauber sich während ihres Aufenthaltes stets wohlfühlen. An der FeWo besonders hervorzuheben, ist die mit Schiebefenster und Markisen versehene Terrasse. Von hier aus hat man einen fantastischen Überblick über das Strandleben und einen beeindruckenden Blick auf die Bucht von Benidorm. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Für den automobilen Gast ist es beruhigend, wenn sein Fahrzeug in der unter dem Haus liegenden Garage sicher untergebracht ist.

#### Casa Blanca - Benidorm
War vor just 40 Jahren als 10-jähriger mit Eltern und Geschwistern bereits im Casa Blanca. Nun, in den Osterferien 2010, wiederum dort, diesmal mit Ehefrau, eigenen 2 Kindern und 88-jähriger Ur-Oma. Habe begeistert von damals geschwelgt und somit einige Erwartungen geschürt. Diese wurden aber voll erfüllt: alle waren begeistert: schöne, geräumige Wohnung in Top Lage direkt am Strand mit Traumblick auf´s Meer und Benidorm. Allein das ist die Buchung wert. Alles sehr sauber, stilgerecht eingerichtet und trotzdem modern (z.B. mit W-LAN, so dass ich als Unternehmer die Gewißheit hatte, immer via e-mail oder Telefon erreichbar zu sein). Deutsches Team vor Ort, Vermieter ist Deutscher: sehr gute Abwicklung. Fazit: Kann man guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen.

#### Traumhafte Aussicht
Unseren zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt in dieser großzügigen, top ausgestatteten und sehr sauberen Wohnung haben wir mal wieder sehr genossen und so haben wir verständlicherweise direkt für das nächste Jahr wieder gebucht. Die Aussicht auf den sehr gepflegten und breiten Strand, auf das Meer und die Pfaueninsel ist traumhaft. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter und sein Team war klasse.
