Great airport hotel. Took a little finding as it wasn’t a walk from Terminal 2 (you need to get the shuttle bus to Terminal 1 and then walk from there). Very impressive main areas and welcoming staff. Rooms are functional rather than extravagant but still more than adequate for a transit stay. Dinner included in our room rate was much better than we hoped. A very comprehensive buffet of Indian and Western dishes. Complimentary drop off at T2 for our early morning flight was very welcome. Would definitely return if transiting through Bangalore.

Ease of access can walk to the hotel, layout of hotel is excellent and very clean. Staff were very polite and friendly. Room was in immaculate condition. Good choice of restaurants and hotel also provide shuttle including check in assistance. Would definitely go again. Restaurant manager and his staff were excellent. No negative feedback at all.

The property is well maintained although the room furniture do show some wear and tear. Staff was excellent in service and hospitality. Although the hotel is so close to the airport it is surprising that it does not have a complimentary airport shuttle to transport guests. The transport to airport needs to be prearranged at a cost. It would be ideal to take in the arrival and departure time of the guests in order to run minimal airport shuttle rides if saving cost is what is stopping from making it available.

Wow - if you’ve never stayed in a Taj Hotel… it was a real joy. From a traditional welcome at reception, gorgeous comfy bedding, to the courtesy car to the airport terminal and gift on departure, it was a really unique and welcomed stay.

Very professional And Excellent staff . Ashik at the front desk is a fine young man . It is shame that on 31 st December there was no restaurant facility . Should have kept some restaurant facility for a sit down dinner for the travellers

Excellent choice for airport stopover
Really excellent for one night stopover between flights. Wish I’d had more time to enjoy the hotel. Really quiet in spite of being in airport area. Very comfortable bed, great linen, super bathroom and some nice touches like ornate basin with packet of sea salt to relax feet in hot water after travel! I’ve stayed in many Taj hotels and finally found a very good cappuccino! Also given one to go, on way to terminal. They should make it clearer that’s it’s walking distance from terminal one (domestic) and you need to take airport transfer bus from terminal two (international) to terminal one. You can see it then from the bus stop. They also have shuttle it seems. I wasted lot of time at 1am in morning trying to find it. Other than that, highly recommended

Excellent ambience and service. Wonderful Indian hospitality. Did not try any restaurants but the breakfast buffet was very diverse and excellent. The food was beyond par. Right next to the airport so very convenient location. The spa was excellent too!

The TAJ has opened a new wing but it has zero dining options so you get a significant walk for every meal, this is excusable but the drilling and banging is not. This is an airport hotel where people sleep at strange times, as they either arrived early or may be flying overnight Also the new wing is a pale comparison to the original hotel that had style and class, the new wing looks like any other hotel anywhere in the world
