This hotel is beautiful and definitely 5 star. The location is tops and just a short walk to Cubbon Park. The room is spacious and comfortable and the laundry service was excellent. We enjoyed breakfast everyday with cooked to order eggs and full buffet with Indian and UK options. Thanks to Diuesh, Rhoh, Anylin, Devendra, Amit, Tukaraam and Thomos who helped us enjoy

The professional staff is very helpful. Travel desk provides quick rental cars for local travel. Breakfast buffet had a lot of choices. The Hotel is primarily geared for business travelers and thus lunch option is minimal.

We opted for the suite which offered spacious luxurious accommodations at half the price of the 5 star hotels. Sumptuous breakfasts items and very helpful staff always willing to please. I stayed here many years ago and will come back again.

I stayed for one week at St. Mark’s hotel in Bangalore and I was absolutely impressed! The entire staff was enthusiastically helpful, professional and polite. The room was comfortable and spacious and worked well as an office when I wasn’t in the actual office I was visiting. The on site spa provided for a relaxing massage as well. The hotel location is close to many restaurants and bars. I could not have been happier with my choice!

I think I’ve been coming to this hotel for 20 years on work trips. It is reliably comfortable and clean; the staff is always helpful and it has the cutest little fitness room up a Harry Potter circular iron staircase. Lots of good shopping and restaurants within walking distance too

The location was conveniently close to the places I needed to visit. Local transportation was easily available and several places were within walking distance. The staff were efficient and courteous and a shout out for Mr.Sairam, a duty manager, who went to great lengths to organize transportation to and from the airport and arrange last minute change of plans re accommodation for a couple of additional days.
